My wife and I walked the dingle way beginning of April this year. Based on the trip advisor reviews, we decided to book one night at Coill an Rois. The whole stay was very pleasant for us. The room was of sufficient size and spotless clean. The welcoming (with home-made cookies, etc.) helped us to relax from the very first... More

It's taken me awhile to get around to reviewing some of the places I stayed in while touring Ireland with my mom in June 2013. We stayed here for two nights and could not have had a better experience. It was by far our favorite place that we stayed in during our entire two week trip. Jimmy, the owner, is... More

Coffee and homemade scones upon arrival, a wonderful view outside the bedroom window and a peaceful respite some 15 minute drive outside a busy Kinsale (large festival going on during our visit) made for an unique and wonderful experience. Family was constantly dropping in to enrich our Irish sojourn. Jimmy took extra time to ensure our sightseeing was thorough. You... More

My husband and I stayed at this B&B for 1 night. It's about a 20 minute drive into town on country roads. We asked for directions in town at the visitor's center (we had the address written down, but our gps wasn't helping us too much in the rural areas). The color of the house makes it pretty easy to... My husband and I had a wonderful driving holiday through SthWest Ireland. Our stay at Jimmy's BNB in Dingle was a highlight. He was a terrific host and if you only have a few days to spare, you must make sure that you drive around the Dingle peninsula and stay here with Jimmy. His cup of tea and scones on... More

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago and loved it. Jimmy is a wonderful host, a terrific cook-best scones anywhere-and has a lovely place. He had to be away when we arrived and his neighbor and dog Charlie, his father and his niece all made us feel at home when we arrived. I really appreciated the scone... More

I'm quite late getting this up (our trip was in early June) but I had to put up a review. My girlfriend and I stayed with Jimmy for two nights and had a great time. He was so hospitable and great fun to chat with. It was very obvious that Jimmy not only took pride in his B&B but also... More

A little off the beaten path, but it's so beautiful! 15 minutes after arriving I saw cows being herded in the street right in front of the house (a serious highlight to my Ireland trip). Jimmy's home smelled of fresh baked bread and cookies. Such a gracious host. He and his accommodations are lovely. I highly recommend a stay.

My mother and I stayed with Jimmy for two nights on our trip across Ireland. Of all the places we stayed this is where we felt the most comfortable, it was like we were there visiting an old friend. We felt so comfortable, we could have walked in the kitchen to make our own tea, not that Jimmy would ever... More

My husband and I arrived late because we got lost driving on a cow path. Jimmy was most gracious. He knew we were exhausted. Offered us tea and scones with homemade jam- out of this world! I was sick as a dog, and in the morning he offered me Vitamin C and Mutivitamins that were disolved in water. Plus a... More
