Having stayed at many many places all over the world I would have to say that Emlagh House is one of my all time favorites. The rooms are sumptious, the staff incredible, the town of Dingle so beautiful....what more can any traveller ask for? Did I mention the breakfasts? No? Ah.... the scones, the scones.Fireplace? And....I saw the dolphin Fergie From... More

One of the nicest looking places we stayed in during our tour. One unexpected pleasure was discovering that for the first time in a week and half we had an elevator to help us with luggage rather than lifting multiple seriously-packed cases up 1 or 2 floors. We never actually looked for such a convenience and didn't NEED a Lift,... More

B&B's have never been a favorite but I would stay here again in a heart beat. I have been to a few and consequently not my first choice. This place however is enough to make me try more. The accommodations, service, friendliness of staff were all exceptional. I cannot say enough so I will stop here. Give them a try... More

Hospitality and attention abound. Accommodations are excellent. Service and staff are top notch. An excellent location just on the edge of town. A hot, hearty breakfast served in a lovely dining room overlooking the water, with lighter fare available. Plenty of comfortable seating in beautiful rooms for relaxing, reading or conversing. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We spent two nights here. The previous reviews are all accurate. Perfection in every way. Warm, inviting and decidedly elegant - not overly ostentatious. Breakfasts are whatever you wish them to be... owners cannot be of too much service....

During August 2013, my fiance' and I were married in Dingle and we decided to stay at the Emlaugh House and it was wonderful. The owners were so warm and inviting and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious. The rooms were very well maintained and the bed was extremely comfortable. This... More

A very nice, newish building, big rooms, good service and breakfast, and only a five-minute walk or so into "downtown" Dingle. This place was great for our extended family, one of our best lodging choices for a two-week trip that led us from Lahinch to Dingle to Kilkenny to Dublin and Northern Ireland. Highly recommend.

I treated my husband to a stay at Emlach House in August and we were absolutely delighted with this beautiful Irish stately home. We received a wonderful warm welcome from Grainne who gave us lots of very helpful information about the area including where to find the best Irish music in the local pubs in Dingle. Even though it was... More

Of our two weeks (3 countries, 6 locations) in Europe this was by far the best service we had and we stayed in 3 five star resorts in London, Paris and Ireland which were much more expensive. The accommodations and breakfast were lovely (beds a little firm for us but this seems to be common in Europe) but it was... More
