My husband and I stayed at the B&B while we were on our honeymoon for three nights. They were so welcoming, so accommodating, and it was really inexpensive. All the staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. They all went out of their way to make us feel special, greeting us with a bottle of wine when we arrived. The breakfast... More

The Dingle Harbour Lodge is on the way out of Dingle, set back from the road so the rooms are quiet. The room was clean with a good view over part of the bay. Breakfast was ok but the overall impression was a basic hotel.

bazm69, Thank you for your review. We really appreciate the positive comments about the rooms, breakfast and location. As for the negatives, we must point out that we are a B&B, and not a hotel. I hope this reply finds you well. Daniel, Manager. More

This hotel is a little rough around the edges, or at least the corridor and my room seemed that way. But the staff members were so accommodating and kind, it didn't really matter. My bed was comfy, the breakfast was good, and the price was modest. I'll be back.

I was a very last-minute guest at the lodge, so I was grateful for the accommodations. Overall the experience was good, but the lodge (or at least my room) lacked some of the amenities I would have wanted for the 60-euro per night price tag. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel looked to have B&B rooms, hotel... More

David S, Thank you for the detailed review. It was a pleasure to read such a concise report on your time with us. While we were delighted to read of all the positives (patio, cookies, location, etc), it is the negatives which we learn most from. I wanted to thank you for pointing out areas in which we can improve... More

Dingle in the Summer has just got to be one of the most expensive places for hotel stays in Ireland. I suppose that they have such a short but busy tourist season that this is bound to be the case. There are lots of guest houses and only a few hotels. I had the good luck to stay in this... More

Gretry, It brings us great pleasure to read such a good review. As you've pointed out, Dingle is quite expensive in the summertime. We're delighted to see that you enjoyed your time with us. We especially appreciate the comments re breakfast, and how it's cooked to order. Despite our size, we still strive to give our guests the real 'Irish... More

Good, easy to find location. Ample parking spaces, so I was able to come and go as I needed. Walking distance to everything in town. Receptionist was friendly, but Expedia booking wasn't in their system. Fortunately there were still rooms available. Had to forward them the email confirmation to show that it was a prepaid reservation. All worked out in... More

1 night stay, pretty views , last minute booking, friendly receptionist, comfortable room, clean. Complementary Cookies on arrival to the room. Comfortable bed. Value for money. Parking out front, close by. We did not have breakfast as we opted to eat in the town instead.

We were a family of five staying for one night. The staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was delicious but that was about all. The rooms weren't very clean, there was a funny smell and the toilet roll holder was broken, the floors were a bit dusty. Maybe just a lack of attention to detail? Lots of noise from... More
