The hostel's prime location makes it ideal for exploring Dingle. Drinking is not prohibited on the premises. In fact, drink was everywhere. Fridges packed with guests' cans. Shelves in the kitchen proudly exhibiting empty vodka bottles. Definitely not a family or child friendly hostel. This makes sleeping in the hostel really difficult. Music, guitar-playing, singing and people walking the stairs... More

I was here back in July and have been meaning to write a review for some time. On a long journey through Europe this was easily one of my favorite places to stay. The host and staff were friendly, helpful and fun! The beds were comfortable and the atmosphere is cozy and encourages good times among travelers. I don't know... More

Right in the middle of town, clean and cheerful inside. Guy in charge, Johnny, was very helpful, all refreshments, teas coffee and toast were complimentary which was nice. Would definitely stay again. Very reasonable price. Shower in the room wasnt great and check out is a bit early was the only drawback.

Smallish size makes it easy to connect with other backpackers. Good location, clean, nice backyard area for smoking, has kitchen for open use. Comfortable beds. Showers are decent. No complaints -- would definitely recommend!

Stayed here with family last week. Good central location in Dingle with shops, restaurants, the cinema and the harbour within short walking distance. Lovely owners and a very relaxed vibe around the place. Great hostel to stay in after finishing The Kerry Camino.

Loved our stay in this bright, airy hostel. Has a great common room (with fire place), kitchen (with fridges and stoves), and eating area. The bunk beds in our room were full sized single beds. Very nice bathroom en-suite as well. The only downside was that during our stay there were also bongo drum enthusiasts in residence... they gave the... More

This was a good hostel in a great location! Dingle is a very beautiful town, and our stay was pleasant. The owner was a really nice woman and her son helped her work the hostel. The showers were a little small, but welcome to Europe. Overall, a great stay in a nice place.

I highly recommend the Grapevine Hostel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, the staff are welcoming and very kind. I had a really good experience all round. The location was convenient and everything was easy to get to from the hostel. The price was affordable and there is free wifi. Dingle is a great town and I... More
