stayed two nights. Owner was very welcoming, location is good- the breakfast is terrific- service was very attentive and they will give you as much cooked breakfast as you want. My brother and I were on the first floor, room #3. If you are a big fella, I would check out the shower first- it is small and the shower... More

We had heard so much about Dingle, we decided to arrive a day early. To our happiness, Paul was able to accommodate us with no issues. The building is simple with a small walk through sun porch to enter. The check in area is tiny, but quick and easy! Our room was nice...simple, with a partial harbour view adding to... More

We had a great stay here in Dingle - I wish it could have been longer! Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was delicious & had a few other options that other places had not had - I loved the nuts/seeds to put in my yogurt! The location here is great to see all of the sites and enjoy the... More

Wonderful host and a good location for a short walk into town. But the bed was way too firm. We did not sleep well at all. So if you like a soft bed, you should probably try another spot. The breakfast hit the spot.

My traveling partner and I wanted to have a couple of nights in the middle of our 10-day Ireland trip where we could have our own rooms, so were happy to find the Alpine Guesthouse and its reasonable rates. The tub and shower in my room were in need of updating (stained grout inbetween tiles, plumbers' tape keeping the shower... More

Guesthouse located on main road to Dingle with views of the harbor and overviews of town. No elevators, no AC but venting windows, and hallways can be warm (especially hauling your luggage up the stairs). The room was of adequate, comfortable size. Nice dining room and good breakfast. Large private car park and five to ten minute easy walk to... More

We stayed 2 nights here and it was very nice and clean. The Irish breakfast was wonderful. We all were able to find activities in the surround area that we like to do. My sister went surfing. I went horse back riding. My brother took a historic bus tour.

Alpine Guesthouse is a nice place to stay. It's located about a block from downtown Dingle, so it's easy to park you car at the guesthouse then walk into town. The staff is friendly and breakfast was very good.

Stayed here for just one night with a friend. Room was quite small and cramped. On arrival we were escorted up to the second floor, long stairs, no lift - beautiful prints on the wall. There was no suggestion of where we might go, do etc. I asked about restaurants and was given a few suggestions (almost reluctantly). Cost was... More

Our host, Paul O'Shea, was gracious and very attentive. The B&B is quiet yet just minutes away from the pub hub of the lovely harbor town of Dingle. Sunny, bright, great breakfast. Fabulous stay! Attended a folk concert of Irish pipes, guitar, fiddle, flute and harp by local musicians in small St. James Church.
