Our friends enjoyed our stay here just outside of downtown Dingle. It was close enough to town that we were able to take a short walk to nearby pubs and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were comfortable.

I stayed here during a busy weekend and was partaking in the Dingle Adventure race in September. It is located very close to the centre and the staff were so very kind as I had slept in for breakfast but they nonetheless provided me with a continental breakfast and scrambled eggs. My only negative was that I was on the... More

We stayed here for two nights after moving from place to place for several days. It was nice to land in such a comfortable place. Our room had two beds - a double and a twin. We took advantage and both got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was tasty and generous and the staff gracious.

In July 2015 our family group of seven - grandparents, parents, kids - toured Ireland in a rental van. Since my husband and I had been to Dingle before and had stayed at Alpine Guesthouse and loved our room, we decided to stay there again with the family. The friendly, gracious host, Paul O'Shea, was most accommodating for us in... More

We spent three nights at this B&B and our room was lacking in a few areas. Our shower was designed for a very short person and our room smelled musty when ever we entered. We did notice that some rooms have been renovated, so our advice is to ask for one of them. We were on the second floor and... More

Great rooms and super breakfast to start your day off before touring the picturesque coastline. We found our room presented to a very high standard that captured for our needs. Paul the host is friendly and helpful should you require any guidance before you set off for the day.

Stayed as a couple in August 2015. Clean and spacious rooms but quite dated in the decor, could do with a freshen up. Quite a lot of noise intrusion from other rooms and top floor. Double bed was quite uncomfortable and pillows were very flat, glad I had brought my own. Breakfast was only ok - I've had better in... More

I recently stayed in the Alpine guest house when I was in Ireland for a long weekend (Thursday to Sunday). Upon arrival I was greeted by Paul and shown to my room. It was a perfect size for a lone traveller and had all I needed (TV, Wi-Fi and a comfy bed). The bathroom was fine for me but I... More

Disappointing guest house ,noisy on the first floor. Breakfast not till 8.30 which is late for Dingle Way walkers. The TV did not work. The room was getting outdated. However the breakfast was great and the breakfast staff very friendly

The Alpine Guesthouse is located on the N86 road just at the entrance to the center of the town of Dingle. It is very convenient and one can access the town in less than ten minutes by a comfortable walk on sidewalks. The Alpine is larger than the name would imply. It has the pleasant feel of a smaller B&B... More
