Stayed here for 4 nights whilst on a walking holiday in the Dingle area. Patrick and Helena were wonderful hosts; nothing was too much trouble for them and the guest house was absolutely wonderful. Central position for this beautiful town and even the weather was kind which was an unusual bonus! Would definitely recommend An Capall Dubh and will be... More

We stayed in An Capall Dubh for two nights over a weekend whilst at a wedding in Dingle. The hosts were gracious and non-intrusive along with providing great advice on transport/entertainment etc when asked. We really felt like nothing was too much trouble and it really enhanced our stay and made it more comfortable. The room was extremely clean which... More

Beautiful, spotless clean rooms and in a perfect location. Patrick & Helena were perfect hosts and provided a class breakfast. Cant wait to go again.Stayed for 2 nights in June 14. Step out the door and you are so central..Dingle is a little heaven on earth!

We stayed in one of the cottages (Tigh a Sé) for 2 nights over the New Year period 2013/2014 and to be honest we couldn't have asked for better. This was our 3rd year coming to Dingle for New Years as a group, and this was by far the best location we have stayed in. We all know Dingle quite... More

We had an excellent stay at An Capall Dubh. We stayed in one of the cottages. Service was great - hands off, which we liked, but available when needed. Location can't be beat for a central stop as one tours the Dingle Peninsula. I'd recommend to my friends. (No wifi in cottage. Wifi in B&B weak.)

We only stayed one night, and we actually stayed in three hotels in three nights due to an amazing wedding. The church was right next door, that worked out perfect. The family was very nice, our room was right in the main house so that was a bit of a downer. Reservations were a little hectic, but all in all... More

The location of the ACD is wonderfully centralized on Green Street so you can't beat that, however I wouldn't exactly call this a traditional Irish bed and breakfast. The owners weren't on property for the four days we stayed there, which was strange since all the correspondence I had and the reviews we read mentioned how wonderful the owners were.... More

My first impression was as follows. The innkeeper was not there to greet us. The woman who did so appeared to be a maid or housekeeper. Our room is quite basic without any chairs and very spartan décor. Initial feelings are more of a hostel than a bed & breakfast. The beds didn’t even have a top sheet on them;... More

We spent two nights in the main B and B building. The room was clean and spacious, and the grounds are very nice (there are apartments and little cabins that are also vacation rentals). The parking lot out back was very large and easily accommodated all the guest cars. The location is right in town, so easy to walk around.... More

Patrick our host was very nice. The rooms were clean and adequate. Television was a plus, just the standard Irish channels, but really, I don't travel thousands of miles to sit around watching television. The breakfast was very good, several options cooked to order. I always just had the full Irish breakfast, which was great. The location of the B&B... More
