We really enjoyed our break at this hotel. We had a nice room with a beautiful view. The location of this hotel is second to none. The only real negative point during our stay was the quality of the evening meal we had in the restaurant. The quality of the food simply did not compare well to any of the... more

We recently stayed for 2 nights at the Dingle Skellig hotel (wife and 2 children) , and we found it a very nice place to stay, especially if you have children. The staff are very helpful, and courteous, and always asking how you are etc. The Hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are nice and roomy, and comfortable.... more

If you love scenery, the Dingle Skellig is surrounded in beauty. We had a water view room, which is the same view as in the Coast Guard Restaurant inside the hotel. It's a bit of a walk to town, but worth it. The bathroom didn't have individual soaps or shampoos, but rather pump soaps attached to the sink wall and... more

We have had a really busy time at work lately and were looking for somewhere to relax to get away from the recession mania! This was the ideal place, the spa is just brillant-sitting in the outdoor hottub over looking the bay--you could be anywhere!. Our room was lovely and again we had a great view of the bay, We... more

there is nothing fancy about the skellig..Very suitable for families, pool full of children. noisy as a result and turned us off using it. Dinner on the first night was like a very expensive carvery. didn't risk going back to the restaurant the second night. Bed uncomfortable, old fashioned bedspread on the beds. 2 restless nights had by my fiance and... more

Stayed at the Dingle Skellig Hotel for 2 nights. Booked mid-week deal on their website - 50 euro per person per night B&B. Excellent value. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor with the most wonderful views of Dingle Bay. The room was comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee making facilities, TV with the usual satellite stations and... more

What a great hotel. From the minute we arrived the service exceeded all our expectations. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We availed of the spa and its treatments. My wife who is a regular user of spas was blown away by the spa at the Skellig. The rooms were beauatiful with great views over the Bay. The food... more

My wife and 2 children stayed in the Dingle Skellig Hotel for a weekend break in February and what a break it was for both children and parents. The reception staff were very friendly and helpfull but the parking on the Friday night we arrived was difficult because there was a wedding on that day in the hotel but that... more
