Not really clean, rooms small, showers quirky. Wifi rarely worked. Breakfast in a small room & food not very good. Is in a good location, but there are other accommodations close by that have to be better. Family run in other Irish local B&B's means good conversation & welcoming times. Not here.

This B&B was perfect for what we needed - great location, clean and the owner was very accommodating in making room for an extra person at last minute. The price was really good as well - would definitely recommend for a group of friend in Dingle for the weekend!

We stayed in this B&B and to this day we all still talk about how bad it was. Firstly the owner of the B&B has a strange manner. The rooms are not clean, the bed linen is old and crusty and the showers do not work properly. Even on of the coldest days the heating was not on. It is... More

I am the one recommended this place to Dieter (just gave him the old name) after staying about 15times in Dingle over course of the last 20 years, both in Winter and in Summer, from 3 days up to 3 months. Background: Dingle has always seen some sort of tourism due to the nearby Rose of Tralee, the Dingle races... More

Booked into Old Mill House together with my wife and had a lovely stay! Anyone expecting the professionalism of a Hilton - this is not the place. It is a lovely reminder of old sleepy Dingle with lots of Irish character to it, excellent location and and very warm-hearted hosts. I cannot understand people complaining about cold plates (not the... More

Firstly, we didn't get what we booked. We booked for 6 and only got 5. We were moved from the b&b to a house that they owned that was in a state. Nothing was prepared on our arrival so we saw her husband 'tidying'. He dressed the bed with sheets that you wouldn't give to a dog, didn't sweep the... More

We arrived early evening,no offer of a nice cuppa. The room's were in need of a complete and thorough cleaning as the dust on the bedside locker's was incredible and the floor was in need of a good hard mopping, the wall's were dirty and beg for a lick of paint. The bedding was old, musty and frayed and screamed to be sent to... We had booked to stay in the Baywatch B&B, but arrived and were told it made more sense for us to stay in Avalon. Why this was, I don't know, but we arrived as the second of two groups in the middle of the night, so it wasn't practical to change. Our room was a decent enough size, but was... More

My 15 year old daughter and I took a trip to Ireland last August and stayed here. We had a great stay with Veronica. Their daughter took my 15 year old on a walk about town on both days we were there and Veronica was very helpful in suggesting places for us to see. She even took me us out... More
