Wifi didn't work, the lady working sat outside complaining about her job and how she was to take off on leave without telling the owner, while we sat inside waiting for assistance at reception. Our beds had springs sticking in our backs every which way and we woke up sore and my friend even had a bruise on her rib... More

We were quite pleased with this hostel in Dingle. I was traveling with my teenage son and daughter; we had a four-bed room and private bath to ourselves, and had plenty of space for the three of us with our luggage. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and quiet, and the location was an easy walk to all... More

I stayed there two nights before heading for the Dingle way, and I had a very good time. The bed was very comfy, the room of 4 with an ensuite, and in a quiet street. the owner is very nice and welcomful, ready to talk to anyone about good plans to do around, I really appreciated him the breakfast was... The Hideout Hostel is right in the middle of the "happening places" of Dingle. The staff will send you off to anything you're in the mood for! When I asked for some recommendations such as: Where can I find some traditional, live Irish music? Which restaurant serves the best fish&chips? Can you call to make a reservation for me? What... My boyfriend and I went on holiday to escape the hustle and bustle of London and found this lovely place on airbnb. The rooms were clean, very quiet, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. We got a private room for very cheap and it even had its own bathroom! Our bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept... More

We made reservations early for our trip across Ireland. We arrived before check in but Micheal held our bags so we could see the sites without baggage. Then later we returned to get checked in. He gave us a tour and showed us our room. This place is very clean and homie with a dinning room, reading room, and kitchen.... More

Stay at this hostel if you're in Dingletown. One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable, great lounge with fireplace, excellent host. Rooms and bathrooms are immaculate. Great location right in Dingletown so short walk to all the pubs at night. Unbeatable hostel for exploring Dingle.

As previous stays there, I found the room perfect, the facilities excellent, and its location a two minute walk from the main streets in the town centre to be ideal. I love the convenience of having access to the kitchen and comfortable lounge (with wifi). Good value for money too. The owner Micheal was so helpful; thank you. One of... More

I personally had no complaints about this hostel, but I wasn't sleeping on the bunk beds. My two travel companions were and both said they didn't have a great night's sleep as they found the beds quite uncomfortable. For me, the hostel came across as charming and I appreciated the fact we got our own bathroom. The owner was lovely... More

If you let us know you are leaving early, we can leave a breakfast in the fridge for you. I really appreciated your kind comments about my Hostel. Constructive criticism is always good! We will be replacing the bunk beds over the winter this year. Again thanks for the positive feedback More

We arrived on a Monday evening in mid-October around 6:30 and headed to the hostel based on a recommendation, but when we rang the bell there was no answer. We waited for ages thinking that it could not be possible that a hostel would not have someone present to open the door (it was locked) but there was never the... More

You arrived to the Hostel with no reservation. No vacancies was clearly written on the door of the Hostel as we had a group booking. You rang the Hostel looking for a free nights stay in exchange for a good review. You were told where to go pretty quickly where to go. Even if the Hostel was empty I wouldn't... More
