First, let me admit that I may not be the "typical" hostel goer. I generally consider staying in a hostel more of a financial necessity as opposed to a preference, so this review can be taken with a grain of salt. That being said, I have stayed in about a dozen or so around the world so I feel I... More

You are right! You are not a “typical Hostel goer”. From our reviews, you can see we do get good reviews for the cleanliness of our rooms and the Hostel in general. When you stay in dorms you get two pillows, a duvet, a bottom sheet and a hand towel. You have the option to hire a bath towel. In... More

I stayed in the Hideout Hostel for 3 nights in November and then loved it and the town so much that I had to come back again. This hostel is more like a bed and breakfast than a hostel, the owner Micheal is really, really nice and very helpful. The breakfast was the best I had in any of the... More

My friend and I just stayed here last weekend for one night. We knew we wanted something in the center of town and preferably with a room for just the two of us to share. We got that and even more! The staff, Mihal in particular, was friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful to answer any questions we had. Our... More

I have stayed at many hostels & this one is almost on the level of B&B, or guesthouse. Very cozy and inviting, perfectly located in town... just all around great! There is a cozy reading/TV room for rainy days, the kitchen is well equipped, and the breakfast was very edible. The beds were a little hard, but I don't think... More

My fiance and I stayed here for four nights. It was fairly quiet at night, and it was really clean. It also just felt really comfortable. The various people who works the front desk were always helpful and ready to recommend a good pub to go to for music as well as a good hike. There were only two bad... More

We stayed for two nights in a private room and it was clean, cozy and quiet. The staff was warm and extremely helpful, especially Patrick who enthusiastically answered my constant flow of questions and had wonderful advice on what to check out in the area. Parking was easy to find on the street close to the hostel. The hostel is... More

My family of four stayed in a room with a private bath. It felt more like a hotel or B&B than a hostel. The room was clean and the double bed was the most comfortable I've ever slep on. The common areas were immaculate and cozy. We met wonderful people from all over and really enjoyed our stay. The continental... More
