We stayed one week at the lovely Last Cottage and had the best time enjoying wonderful summer days in Dingle with boat trips to Fungie and snorchling, but also getting to know Margaret and her family, who welcomed us so warm and friendly and made our holiday a really special one! Thanks again so much for all the laughter and... More

Thank you so much Philip and Luise for your lovely review and the photos of Philips snorkeling trips that you posted. It was such a pleasure to get to know you both during the week and to have the pleasure of your company on our evenings out in Dingle. I hope that we will stay in touch and I am... More

We stayed at the Last Cottage for three nights and found it perfectly located -- only a few minutes walk to the main part of town. The homemade breakfast was delicious and filling, and Margaret, the proprietor, was lovely company and very helpful with suggestions and directions. There are three rooms upstairs that share one bath which worked out okay... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a nice review of your stay in The Last Cottage. I am so glad you liked both my home and my daughter's tea room PIE. I do try to keep my prices realistic and no, I do not jack up the price just because it is high season as... More

My husband and I stayed at Last Cottage in May of 2013. I had read about the B&B in Rick Steve's Ireland guidebook and here on Tripadvisor too. The accommodations are basic. The rooms are small, the whole place is about the size of an average 2 story home here in Texas, but the price was exactly what we were... More

The owner was very nice. It's very close for an easy walk to everything in town. The rooms are very small, and the bathroom is shared by 3 rooms. All that being said the walls are paper thin so you hear everyone elses conversations, the loud drunk couple in the next room are knocking into the walls, talking loud then... More

I am very sorry that Roby and his partner did not enjoy their stay at The Last Cottage. Unfortunately the night they were here was also a Bank Holiday weekend Saturday night and the May Festivals main night when many people do stay out late to enjoy the varied night life Dingle has to offer. I did not hear the... More

My husband and I stayed our second night in Ireland here. Margaret and her daughter were sweet. The dogs were hysterical and pleasant. We picked this place to stay because Rick Steves book on Ireland. It was a pleasant stay. Room was a bit tight for my husband and I (we are both tall) and we found out all bathrooms... More

As first time visitors to Ireland, my mom and I couldn't have had a better Dingle experience at the Last Cottage. Margaret and her daughter were more than welcoming hosts - they went out of their way to help us in any way possible, even taking time out of their days to help us print tickets, letting us play with... We spent a night here last week. The 2 BR room was small and cozy. Sink in the room, bathroom down the short hall. A bargain, I thought, at 30 euros each, including breakfast. Best breakfast we had in our 10 days: fluffy scrambled eggs, tender bacon, coffee she "brought back from her trip to Peru".

We checked in with Lorna, who, with her mother Margaret, runs this small, quaint B & B. Margaret's grandparents owned the home originally and she "came back" to run the place 30 years ago. The rooms are small and modest, with great views of Dingle Bay. Good location close to pier. We unfortunately did not have time to talk with... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend two years ago, we stayed in the room with the queen sized bed. The rooms are by no means large, but are very adequetely sized, and have their own sinks so that you don't have to go to the restroom for brushing teeth, etc. There is one very clean bathroom shared with the other...
