We stayed here for a night in September on our drive around Ireland. Brid, our host, was a very nice and welcoming lady. She was extremely accommodating and offered loads of advice on things to do. She even offered to drop us off in town if we didn't want to drive. Rooms were big and clean and breakfast was excellent.

This was an AWESOME experience! Brid is the BEST host! She is so warm and welcoming! We stayed for 3 days, and wished we could have stayed for 30 more. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The view from the bedrooms is AMAZING! She makes the best breakfast we had anywhere in Ireland, and we had some great breakfasts. She... More

At first I thought this would be too far out of town & it is a bit far to walk. However, it is a short taxi ride & the host family is willing to give you a ride into town. Great full Irish breakfast. Nice large rooms. Brid is very hospitable. Reasonable rates. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic B&B a little out of Dingle but beautiful country views & very quite location. The host Brid was lovely & couldn't do enough for us. Excellent breakfast as well. Would absolutely stay there again when next visiting.

Hi fellow travellers! Myself and my group of girlfriends are just back from a long weekend in Dingle and I have to say we couldn't have asked for a better B&B than Ballinvounig House (ok, maybe just an easier name to repeat after a couple of drinks in the evening - but just bring a business card with you to... Smashing B&B, price ok, views great, hosts fabulous. Travelling with two kids, plenty space in the room for the three of us, basic but clean. Lying on the bed with a cup of tea, looking out of the windows at the views was very relaxing altogether. Brid is a lovely host, great with the kids. Breakfast was good. Would definitely... More

We stayed 1 night in Dingle at the Ballinvounig House. This house has a warm feeling about it which you will never find in a hotel. Brid is very welcoming, funny and extremely accommodating. She has offered to drive us into town and to pick us up in the evening. Brid knows the area extremely well and will give you... More

The views from this home are just beautiful...pastoral, lakes and mountains, all in one. Brid (pronounced Breed) is charming, funny and so accommodating. She offered to drive us into town or pick us up. It's a 3-4 min. drive to town, not an easy walk. But because it's out of town, very quiet. No B&B in Ireland seems to have... More

We had only two nights here and wished our stay was longer. Our room was so comfortable and roomy with a beautiful view of the pasture through large windows. Breakfast was delicious and our hostess Brid friendly and gracious. The B&B is close to the town of Dingle and a nice respite from the lively pubs. If we ever return... More

We stayed 1 night in Dingle at the Ballinvounig House. Our stay was comfortable and the very charming and gracious Brid made our stay memorable. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Brid accommodated our vegetarian diet into a delicious breakfast and gave us tips on a scenic route to take to Galway. The place is less than a... More
