My husband and I stayed here for two nights in September 2014 while on a driving holiday around Ireland. Noreen was a delightful host and provided us with a delicious breakfast each morning. The location of the guesthouse is beautiful overlooking the picturesque lake. It was also convenient for driving into Kenmare and a good base for exploring the local... More

We LOVE Kenmare. It is a lovely little town with hood good, great shopping, and sweet people. We have returned many times as we tour Ireland, but this was our first stay at Watersedge,. It won't be our last! Noreen was a welcoming and gracious hostess who served a lovely breakfast, and our rooms were nice. My favorite thing, though,... More

Watersedge is a lovely little inn overlooking Kenmare. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Noreen is a pleasure, and breakfast was delicious. It's an easy walk into town.

The Watersedge was a welcome retreat from our rambles around town during cooler than normal summer days. Just a little way from the bridge to town, most things are within walking distance. We had stayed here several years before, but surprisingly our hostess remembered us. That was hard for us to imagine, given many tourists through her B&B over the... More

This house was in a lovely spot and Noreen who was a lovely hostess made you feel welcome. However although we had a nice clean room, our towels in the en-suite were black and some did have bleach marks on them. The b & b's we stayed in always used 'white' towels, which I think is appropriate. This might seem... More

We stayed here for one night on our trip to Ireland. It was a lovely B & B. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. The breakfast the next morning was fabulous. My hubby had the traditional Irish breakfast and I had the pancakes - they were amazing!!! We were both very happy with our choices. The room... More

It wasn't difficult to find - we had good directions from our guidebook. Noreen was a wonderful hostess and the breakfast was as good as any on this trip. Great location - we wished we had sunshine so we could sit out on the deck overlooking the estuary. Great view! Room #3 was quite roomy, even with a double and... More

We stayed here two nights and it is a bit tough to find for sure and a little out of town, but being on the water and away from noise made for a very pleasant stay indeed. We had a triple room and it was comfortable, clean and spacious for the 3 of us. Bathroom was also a good size... More
