My husband, my 19 month old daughter and I stayed in Tom's Cottage at Doire Farm for four nights in September. Our only complaint is that there was no availability to stay longer! Anne was the perfect host, so welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Even prior to our... More

My husband and I stayed at Doire Farm's Jon's cottage for our honeymoon and it was everything we wanted and more! The hosts are extremely tentative and very kind. They really do anything they can to make your stay more comfortable. Jon's cottage is cozy and intimate and absolutely beautiful for a honeymoon! I would recommend Doire Farm Cottages to... More

We stayed in John´s Cottage for 10 days and felt at home from the very beginning. It´s cozy, it´s nicely decorated and it´s situated perfectly for comfortable day-tours to all the famous peninsulas from Sheep´s Head to Dingle. Anne is a perfect host and even surprised us with homebaked cake one evening - nervertheless it´s private and we often caught... More

Stayed there a few years back. Very enjoyable. Clean rooms. Ann was such a gracious hostess. Fresh eggs and biscuits in the morning! Loved Scruffy, the Randle's dog. The close proximity to Kenmare and the Ring of Kerry, was a big plus! Best Day: Buying fish, cheese, and olives ( and champagne) at Kenmare's market day, and spending the rest... More

We stayed in johns cottage for a week in March 2014. After spending weeks searching the internet for a place to stay I landed on Doire farm cottages near to Kenmare. We are really impressed with johns cottage, and so glad we chose Kenmare as a base instead of Killarney. Johns cottage has everything you could possibly need, the rooms... More

This was a great base to spend a week touring Kerry and West Cork. The location, about 6 km east of Kenmare, off the road to Kilgarvan, is very scenic and quiet -- lush green pastures and beautiful hills. Our three children and one grandparent had plenty of room in our 3 BR cottage. The owners, Anne and Patrick, are... More

When we decided to go to Ireland, I spent weeks online looking for the perfect self-catering cottage....I found it at Doire Farms. The facilities are tremendous....Best we've had anywhere in the world. We stayed in Pa's cottage with three bedrooms and three baths. We are a family of four, so the kids each had his and her own space, but... More

If you are looking for somewhere to come back after a hectic day of sight seeing this is it. There were five of us staying in a three bedroom double storey cottage. We had our 3 year old grandson with us and toys suitable for his age group were there waiting for us. Hospitality was great with lots of ideas... More

It was already a couple of months ago but I still remember Anne's warm welcome and kindness after a very long day through Beara peninsula. She is the most considerate landlady and will open for you the gates of a little paradise: nice and pristine cottages, newly refurbished and equipped, and a breakfast second to none. Anne even woke up... More

A enjoiable place to stay and to visit Kerry area. We rented Pa's cottage (no B&B service) and we arrived worried about to arrange dinner and breakfast. No need to worry: Anne rent houses full of everything: coffee included! Cottages are full option equipped and they are veryclean Our children felt in love for hences in the garden, taking each...
