Such a lovely hotel, great welcome, beds to die for and breakfast was just yum! I love coming to Kenmare but this was the first time that we did not leave the hotel. Stayed by the lovely fire, so relaxing, cant wait to go back!

From the warm welcome to the moment we left I cannot recall staying in any other hotel with such a genuine caring considerate and yet unobtrusive approach to guests. The room was delightful and breakfast delicious.

We were completely comfortable in this lovely hotel. The staff were charming and attentive. The room was roomy and handsome with a deep bathtub for two. One night we went into town to eat, but the other night we were exhausted and had a light dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Breakfast was good too. So many... More

The Brooklane bills itself as a boutique hotel. While it lacks the vibrant arts clientele or the cool, curated art and entertainment of what I consider a great boutique hotel, it's certainly the most boutique-y place we found to stay in Ireland ... at a fantastic price. Compared to homey B&B, no-frills pub accommodation or $$$$ castle hotels, this was... More

You could be forgiven for thinking this was your average small hotel from the outside. Inside, however, Brook Lane Hotel is a real gem of a place to stay especially if your touring the ring of Kerry. The hotel accomodation itself is of a much higher quality than its average priced room tariffs suggest, Furniture, fixtures and fittings are high... More

We stayed for 3 nights at the Brook Lane Hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Kenmare, the Ring of Kerry, and the overlooked, but magnificent Ring of Beara. The restaurant is very good (especially the breakfast), and the attached pub had live music every night with some very talented and personable musicians. Una, the proprietor, is a real sweetheart,... The Brook Lane Hotel is a short walk from the charming town of Kenmare. The room was relatively spacious and clean and the king bed was comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and chocolates on the pillows. The front desk and bar staff were pleasant and attentive. The hotel has a restaurant attached - we didn't eat there but... What with the terrible summer we in Ireland are having i.e rain rain rain, my husband decided to take me away on a surprise week-end to Kenmare. He picked the Brook Lane hotel, a short walk from the town itself. He also managed to book a few beauty treatments for me in the hotel's beauty salon!! Complete and utter "me"... More
