We were ignored at reception by both the lady and gentleman of the house for a good few minutes. stayed in the Brook lane hotel on a package and was impressed with the excellent service. The food was fantastic and the staff very professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and big. Would definitely recommend. was only a short walk from the town. Only minus is that there is no gym. more
