This property is situated in the heart of Kenmare. The room was fresh, clean, and up-to-date. There was a warm greeting in the charming breakfast room. A choice of hot breakfast was available along with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, and muffins. The pub downstairs also had a great menu, live music, and friendly staff.

We were two retired seniors with an adult daughter tagging along for the "free" trip. Had a triple room that was bright, clean and with plenty of space. Only stayed one night as we progressed to the Ring of Kerry and then on to Dingle. Had lunch here (good pub food), and dinner at the Horseshoe (5 min away). We... More

My husband and myself stayed for one night b/b last week in O'Donnabhains in Kenmare. It's ideally located in the centre of Kenmare, but if looking for parking then you park around the corner or if you're lucky then you might get a place around the back of the building. Other than that, we have only to say that the... More

We enjoyed our two nights at this B&B. It is right in the middle of town with a number of restaurants to choose from including its own. We had drinks there but enjoyed dinners in two other establishments. From here we drove the Ring of Kerry. There are many tourist sites in this area so it is a good base.... More

My husband and our two daughters (20 and 17) recently stayed at this B&B in Kenmare. It was perfectly located in the centre of town and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and supper at their pub below were really good. We enjoyed the music at the pub too.

Having stayed in a few excellent B&Bs in Kenmare Davits,Purple Heather Etc,..We were expecting a high standard ..This was my first time to stay in ODonabhains, and it was a disapointment ..The room ,No.6, was like a corridoor, and when I queried the price for such a room I was snappily told "well thats what you booked"...At 140 euro a night... We visited Kenmare last weekend. A fabulous town. We eat in Packi's. A fabulous restaurant. We stayed in O' Donnobhains. What a shame! We had been doing so well. The reception is the bar. Fine except the people in the bar don't know much about the B&B. I was given my key and given my instructions. Pay today as the... More

This B&B is located right in the center of town, on one of the two main streets and close to lots of cute shops and other pubs and restaurants (if you are into music, remember to check our Soundz of Music next door). The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pub on... More
