My sister and I stayed here for four nights while visiting Co. Kerry. Jer and his staff were very helpful and welcoming, including email contacts while we were planning our trip and assistance in what to see in town. The B&B hotel is very centrally located in the charming town of Kenmare, and our ensuite rooms were larger than expected... more

We stayed at O'Donnabhain's for 2 nights in August 2009. We were made welcome by manager Jer and his staff. The room was huge compared to other B&B's we had stayed in. The room had really comfortable bed and pillows and the bathroom was more than adequate. There was a separate quest room with tv, books, boardgames and lounges to... more

Me and my friends stayed in O’Donnabhains for a lads weekend in Kenmare back in July. When booking a place to stay we wanted someplace central with the basics for over the weekend. However I can say that from the minute we arrived at O'Donnabhains the welcome and atmosphere of the place helped us get straight into the spirit of... more

My husband and I traveled to Kenmare with our 2 teenage sons this summer and had an excellent stay at the Kenmarerentals holiday homes. A friend also joined us for one night and stayed at the B & B at ODonnabhains, located right on the main street in downtown Kenmare. The outstanding location and charming room at the B &B... more

Just got back from a two week trip to Ireland and stayed at O'Donnabhain's for two nights. We loved it! The room was spacious and super clean. Bathroom was large and also very clean. Quiet and comfy we were quite happy! Jer and Vanessa were friendly and both dinner down at the pub and breakfast the next morning were great!... more

We spent four nights at this B&B. Efficient, friendly, accommodating and laid back staff and owner. Rooms were newly remodeled, beds very comfortable. Cooked breakfast provided each morning. Access points to the Rings were minutes away. Located on the main drag of Henry Street, parking round back. Nice atmosphere-staff young and from allover - Australia, Lithuania etc. All the pubs... more

We were very happy with the guesthouse and its great central location, but we were not informed that the hot water system is turned off at 10pm. We had to call a special duty number as reception was closed and wait 30 minutes after that to have a shower late at night. The response i got from the guy on... more

I was surprised when we arrived that the place was nicer than I'd anticipated from the photos I'd seen online. Food was okay. The room (on the top floor with great light through the skylights) was a bit noisy as an air con system could be heard when the window was open and being above a pub we shouldn't perhaps... more

We visited the beautiful little village Kenmare in May and were impressed. Everyone at O'Donnabhain's Guesthouse was very professional (answered emails very fast beforehands) and very nice. Rooms were cosy and clean, food was great and that helped a lot with having a great time in Ireland. more
