We rented a car in Dublin and drove the entire coast of southern Ireland during our trip, spending 2 days in various locations and staying at castles and other 5 star accommodations along the way. The Park Hotel was one of our destinations along our journey, and it did not disappoint. It was a lovely hotel with amazing views, nicely... More

A beautiful country house hotel in the centre of Kenmare run by the famous Brennan Brothers – we visited for afternoon tea in the beautiful, elegant tea room with amazing views! Francis was at reception on our arrival and was extremely friendly, warm and welcoming despite being very busy following the arrival of a large group just ahead of us.... More

Stayed here for a one night treat over the Christmas break. This is a traditional, old school hotel, set on the beautiful Kenmare bay. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for and in this case it's top notch service, a fantastic room and excellent food. Can't wait to go back for a longer stay!

We always wanted to visit the Brennan brothers beautiful hotel in kenmare and finally got the chance this Christmas. We were not disappointed as the welcome and service from the moment we arrived was second to none. The food was excellent ( had breakfast and dinner on one evening) and quite reasonable for a five star. Lovely atmosphere at the... More

This is a country house hotel and so it is fantastically old world, however this does not excuse hard bath towels, hard bath robes, hard bed sheets, no duvet on the beds, a shower in the bath with no pressure. The bathroom fittings were stained and the floor had Lino on it rather than tiles. In our room the fabric... More

You will not be disappointed with this Dowton Abby like accommodation. We stayed at The Park, while doing a Backroads Biking trip in Ireland this summer. Have to say, it was a very welcome place to return to, after a fantastic but exhausting day biking. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The meals (we ate dinner here one of... More

From start to finish, this was the best hotel experience we have had to date. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive, the rooms are tastefully decorated with antique furniture, the food at dinner was exceptional...matched by an excellent breakfast. The SAMAS spa is a must...amazing! The grounds are beautiful....I can recommend the hotel without hesitation!

For every birthday for the last number if years, I have been treated to the 'wonderful experience' of dinner in the Park Hotel. It really is a lovely experience and hard to come by these days. It starts when you are preparing yourself for the night as we always make a special effort to dress smartly for the Park. Once... More

Had a lovely afternoon tea here. The food was delicious and the fine china was elegant. The only downfall was the place was extremely busy and difficult to get a seat . Thought the rooms were a bit dated but this is the park in a nutshell although it is not my style it is beautiful and fits well into... More

My husband brought me to Park as a celebration trip for my 40th birthday and everything was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was real luxury. The only thing I didn't like was the paintings of an old Victorian couple that hung over the bed , I have to be honest they really... More
