After booking this place for two nights months in advance, we made contact a few days before our arrival to discuss an early breakfast, as my partner was competing in an adventure race very early on the first morning. It was at this point the owner had no record of our booking. We assured them we had made the booking... More

Kathleen was quiet and unassuming but showed an interest in my visit without being obtrusive. Breakfast was great. Room comfortable and warm. Niedin House is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the town. The gardens around the house are well tended to and she keeps the place looking clean and welcoming.

After another day of terrible weather arriving here was a delight. Stunning gardens and heritage home makes staying here a delight. Situated in lovely Kenmare you get a different taste of Ireland in this village. Neidin House is in walking distance to the main streets where there is a huge assortment of pubs and places to eat. My host was... More

The location is perfect The owner is a delightful person who has created a friendly and satisfying place to stay. This B & B is a great choice for a few days vacation in Kenmare. It is ideally situated for those wanting a game of golf. The golf course is across the road. The breakfast was served by the owner.... More

We had the pleasure of basing ourselves in Neidin Cottage for 7nights during a one month tour of Ireland. Kathleen and Declan were so welcoming and we would definitely recommend the self contained cottage. For three adults and one child it was the perfect amount of space and was fitted out with everything we could possibly need. Two comfortable bedrooms,... More

We had to walk quite a ways through town and were welcomed by our host at Neidin House, lovely situated across from the Kenmare Golf Course. We enjoyed our stay and despite the low water pressure in our upstairs bathroom, it was fine including a sumptuous breakfast. Loved the tea we were served upon arrival, given we'd been walking some... More

Lovely B&B, good value and easy walking distance to the town centre. ~The owners are very welcoming but not intrusive - they offered tea on arrival which was a nice touch.. Breakfast was delicious. Good parking facilities and they took care of my bike too ! I always stay in hotels and this was a nice reminder of what well... More

Good value B&B. Rooms were modestly decorated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb!

This is an old style B&B, had the misfortune to see the kitchen and while the breakfast was ok the kitchen was not. The shower pressure in the Cottage was terrible. And for €45 per person sharing the place was poor value for 80's style decor.

Stayed at this B&B recently with a large group. The owner, Kathleen, was such a nice host; nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious - try the fresh fruit and yoghurt! Its a short stroll in Kenmare town from here so a really convenient location. Lots of parking which was essential for our group. All in all - a... More
