We have just returned from a 2 night stay at brassil b and b in ballyheigue. On arrival we were welcomed into a lovely clean well equipped room.Very impressed with the whole experience there. We were shown a kitchen that was available to us night and day if we wanted to make a drink etc, ,Elizabeth cooked our superb breakfast and... We arrived at Brassil's guest house as our first stop. Very tired from 20+ hours travelling and then the drive to Ballyheige. Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was excellent, and the morning staff was especially friendly. We stayed two nights and then left. I discovered 4 days later that I had left a favorite pair of shoes. John Brassil responded... More

Nice friendly Guest house, the staff made my stay, breakfast was excellent, room clean, decor was bit dated but it didn't really matter because there was a nice atmosphere in the guest house, we had full use of the kitchen if we wanted to make tea or coffee, would advise you to carry a flask so you can fill it... Needed a place to stay while the Rose of Tralee was on and this was literally "the last Inn in the Town" Modestly priced, so don't expect five star luxury. The free Wi-Fi was terrible, but the staff were wonderful. Good breakfast with excellent service.

We had a very relaxed and comfortable stay, made even better by an unrequested up-grade to a superior room - spacious, comfortable, bright and with good bathroom products. The very large cooked breakfast was fantastic - bacon thick and meaty and eggs light and fresh. Staff were natural, helpful and attentive. Only one disappointment - the quality of coffee needs... Just home after spending 3 nights in Brassil's guest house. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay we stayed in a family room with 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. The room was spotlessly clean bright and airy. The breakfast each morning was perfect to set you up for the day and it was served by some... More

We arrived and immediately were upgraded to a bigger room. Each morning we were cooked a Full Irish breakfast that was delicious. The workers accommodated our every need. We stayed here to stay in between Ballybunion and Tralee as we were on a gold trip. The beach is gorgeous!

Just returned from golfing vacation to Ireland and we spent 3 nights at this B&B. Great central location to Ballybunion and Tralee golf courses and a 4 minute walk to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us with an early breakfast. The breakfast was amazing and the lady that fixed it... More

We stopped overnight at this cute B&B on a 3 day drive tour around Ireland. I especially planned to stop here because Brassil's was one of the few B&B's which could offer a family of 5 accommodation in the one room. The room we slept in was broken into two halves with 3 single beds in one half and a... More

This B&B checked a lot of boxes for me. It is good value in comparison to the hotel in the village and it is within walking distance of the pubs, shop, beech and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed an excellent, freshly prepared hot breakfast each morning with plenty of top ups on the tea and... More
