Like so many reviewers. We stayed here, looking for something within walking distance from the three chimneys. We had initially tried to book the b&b but unfortunately, Jeni, was out that night so could not accommodate anyone, but did offer us the cottage instead. We were not disappointed as the accommodation was great. Views from the cottage were stunning. In... More

We stayed in the studio room which is a short drive from the main B&B. I think it is the closest accommodation to The Three Chimneys without actually staying there. I would say it is about a 3 or 4 minute walk and the reason we chose it! We met Jeni, the owner, at the main B&B and followed her... More

Jeni, the owner, welcomed us personally and took time to make sure we had all that we needed as well as recommend some visits, walks, restaurants etc. We were provided with a ready to cook breakfast plus many extras - everything that would have been provided for us in the guest house. The advantage was more space as well as... More

With thanks to the reviews from Tripadvisor we also stayed at "The Studio" also run by Silverdale due to the proximity of the Three Chimneys...Whilst Silverdale Guest rooms are close, the studio room is even closer..about a five minute walk (if that). It is right on the water. We are travelling from Australia and have found it quite hard to... More

Stayed here due to its proximity to the 3 chimneys. Lovely cottage, compact but perfect for our stay. Lovely comfy bed, bath (much needed after some lengthy & wet walking), shower, little but good kitchen with washing machine. Owner left croissants, cheese, meats, eggs & a loaf of freshly baked bread. More than enough for breakfast so we made packed... More

My husband and I stayed in the Studio Apartment which was perfect for us in every way. Great location, wonderful views, a four minutes walk to the Three Chimneys Restaurant, we had all we needed plus more! I would recommend and not hesitate to go back there. Thank you Jeni

The studio apartment is located a few hundred yards along the road from the main Guesthouse and an easy 5 minutes walk from the Three Chimneys Restaurant. It is very well appointed with a large comfortable bed, two leather easy chairs with matching stools, a breakfast table and chairs and TV (Free view channels only) and DVD player with a... More

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Not just your average cottage rental. Lots of extras included such as a glass of wine on arrival, robes, fire laid in the stove, nice 5* hotel quality toiletries, flawlessly clean and a really comfortable bed. Close to The Three Chimneys Restaurant (5 min walk). Other than that, it's a relatively remote location which... More

Stayed at the studio room for one night while having lunch at the Chimneys. This room is not on the website. Absolutely wonderful, right next to the water. However we wrongly assumed that this had basic cooking facilities. It did not. If you stay here for more that a night and had planned to cook then this probably isn't the... More

We had a scrummy stay whilst visiting the nearby 3 chimneys. The studio apartment was comfortably appointed . Great care has obviously been taken to deliver the highest standards. It really was a little piece of heaven. Cosy comfy beds. Scrumptious food in fridge. Even a little bottle of wine ! Which i didnt get round to drinking ;) next... More
