Leaking shower kept us awake for 2 nights, dishwasher flooded kitchen, sqeaking fans, lack of amenties - no toilet paper, kitchen sponges and little to cook with in kitchen. Filthy bottom of pool. Lack of concern and empathy from manager for inconvenience. Did fix one tap washer - the wrong one! Left after 2 nights and would the manager would... More

Amanda did report the leaking shower and yes we did fix the one washer as the hot water didn't seem to be leaking on that day. When she reported the second leak issue it was fixed within the hour. Leaking dishwasher was also fixed the morning it was reported. Squeaking fans could not be detected on checking? It is Christmas... More

We were a group of 6 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a week during Easter 2015. The managers made the extra effort to accommodate us with a reserved boat trailer parking, and allowed us to wash down the boat every day. Initially I thought the location might be a problem but it was actually a positive, a very... More

We have stayed at Beach Court under both new and old management. I do prefer the new though. Very lovely couple and their children. All our kids played in the pool and we had a great chat. We called for a last minute booking for 11people for 2 nights boxing day and they were very accommodating. As we were 1... More

We spent three nights here over New Years (2013-14) in a three bedroom villa. All three rooms had air conditioning which we were surprised at. The villa was very spacious with a big lounge room and dining area. The complex is small enough that all rooms have a short walk to the pool. At the end of the street (5... More

Very basic overpriced accomodation. Clearly everything here is "on the cheap" - ACCEPT for the prices charged to clientele. ! If you are going to the area - stay in Airlie Beach NOT Cannonvale as it is too far from everything ! Beach Court Managers are like bad in-laws = hanging around, telling you what to do and insisting on... More

Spacious, clean, comfortable holiday units with friendly helpful managers. About 45 minutes walk to Airlie Beach along the scenic coastal walkway to Airlie Beach (the walk is very nice and the 45 minutes goes by very quickly but it is 3 km each way).

Hot tub was not working. TV remote was broken. TV turned on and off depending on if it was touched or moved. DVD player not working. Managers rude. Neon sign shone into the bedroom until 1:30 am at night making it very bright and difficult to sleep. We stayed for 3 nights with 6 people. When we ran out of... More

The large spa for the whole complex had a major failure requiring a replacement power board from interstate and also advice from the USA. The guests were advised that it was temporarily not working on arrival both verbally and in writing. The TV remote was reported to us by the guests as not working and was replaced within Minutes.
