The best place near Tentena. We had a problem to find cottage in the night but we didn't never look back. Rooms very nice, helpfully staff, taste and breakfast and wonderful view on the Poso Lake. Our stay was very pleasure.

This is truly a hidden gem worth discovering. Situated on the outskirts and requires 20 minutes drive on bumpy road, but this pays off! The setting is serene, the bungalows comfortable and spotless and you have the most welcoming host Herson with his wife who will treat you with home cooking and advice on trips around the area.

Great a quiet place on the lake Poso. Herson, the manager, is very nice a helpful. They don't have many rooms so you'd better book in advance by emailing Herson directly (do it 2-3 days prior to your arrival 'cause the internet is not perfect there) and he picks you up at the bus station in Tentena (it's rather hard... A really great experience. I emailed Herson before I came into town and he picked me up at the bus depot and brought me to his place without additional charge. The place is a bit out of town, but really except for ATMs there really isn't any reason to go into Tentena itself. I should mention that Tentena only has... More

I stayed here after bunking in a traditional Torajan village for 4 nights & enduring the longest bus ride of my life. Herson, the owner of this hotel, was an amazing host-picking me up from the bus stop much later than expected (the bus was 2 hours late). He also accommodated for two German backpackers I met on the bus. We had... More

Beautiful setting with nice clean rooms. Had the place to myself for a few days and the full attention of Herson the manager and his staff. Herson is such a great person who couldn't go out of his way enough to be helpful.

Dolidi Ndano is a special place. It is not only beautifully located on the shores of lake Poso, the rooms are tidy, the food is well prepared, and the atmosphere is very friendly. Last but not least part of the profits of this resort go to a foundation which supports children in a marginalised position to have a home and... More

After 1 night in the Victory/Victoria guest house we came to the Dolidi and the difference is dramatic. You can tell that the owner, Herson, really cares about the quality of his hotel and the comfort of his guests: the rooms are clean and comfortable and the whole site is beautifully laid out. Herson is polite, generous and unfailingly helpful... More

Stayed their 3 nights. The place by itself is incredibly beautiful and owner Herson makes you welcome as hell. From the long pier in front of the accommodation, you can jump into the clean fresh wather lake. The rooms itself are really luxury and comfortable. Big matress, clean sheets, luxury bathroom. We had the feeling that we stayed in a... More

Owner Herson used to work as a tourist guide, and from that time he knows what western tourists like: clean and well-maintained rooms and hot showers. He provides both, plus a fantastic garden area full of trees, plants & easy chairs. There's a pier that leads into Lake Poso, which is incredibly clean and clear (as there's few other people...
