We stayed one night because it was close to family. Paid by cc in advance bit receipt from hotel was 35 dollars less than we paid. Painted brick walls. Tiny towels so asked for more. Musty. Bathroom needs degunge. Bed was comfortable. Receptionist pleasant and helpful. Would not stay again unless absolutely desperate.

I stayed in a standard room here for 2 weeks as I had business in the area. On average it was $100-$120 per night and in Sydney that's very good. There was everything you needed, a good size bed, TV, aircon, fridge, shower, breakfast, friendly staff and great location. This place is somewhere you would stay if on a business... More

Booked this place because we could book and prepay for a carpark. On arrive we found they had double booked both the carpark and our prepaid delux rooms (no refund) Ended up with no carpark and had to circle blocks to find one that had to be vacated early in the morning. Our standard room was so small that the... More

Booked and paid for 2 nights including parking. Was told secure parking. On arrival no parking left, was told to try again for the next night. Parking is not at the Hotel but at some dodgy block of units some 4 houses up the road. Very limited street parking elsewhere. ( all timed. ). Rooms are tiny , stayed in... More

We had a 12 day stay so booked a deluxe room so that we had plenty of room, which we did. Owners are clearly trying to improve the property. Nice large television, comfortable bed, good sanitary ware. But with a little more TLC it could be even better. Some re grouting in the shower and dusting in less obvious places... More

This hotel is incompently run. I made my booking last year for the Christmas / New Year period and it now doesn't exist. I'm apparently on awaiting list. To add insult to injury, the manager and the owner did not accept any responsibility for their lack of communication and basically told me it was my fault for not confirming. We... More

I select north shore hotel as my accommodation on business trip. As expected it offers justifiable service. The price is reasonable at tourist season. Also I suggest the wifi suppose to be free as all other Asian countries. And also the check-in time should be defined earlier than lunch time for those who has arrived beforehand.

Six of us stayed here for a wedding function. Staff/management most helpful and go out of their way to service our requests. Sheets clean and room average for cleanliness overall. They need to do spring cleans more often as out of way areas quite dirty. Beds real comfy, room 25 that we stayed in was nice and roomy but kitchen... More
