We chose this estancia because we didn't want a "resort" environment. It was like staying at a friends home. After five busy days in Buenos Aires, the ranch was a little bit of heaven. The staff were wonderful and accomodating. The food was simple and delicious! It was exactly what we expected.

Thought it would be a proper guest house, but we were just left alone in the house while the proprietors went to their house. Food was cooked without asking our dietary requirements (I don't eat cheese so had nothing to eat), thought everything was included so was shocked to get a bill for drinks at the end. If I am... We spent our first two nights in Argentina at this Estancia. It was wonderful and convenient because Lilli and Eduardo picked us up at the airport and arranged a minibus for us to the city at the end of our stay. The staff and other guests were very friendly and gave us great tips to help us plan the rest... More

This is a ranch, so I can forgive it the animal waste and mud everywhere. However it is also a place where people are paying quite a hefty price to lodge so there are certain standards. For example, when a thunderstorm rolls through and the lights go out, don't come by with candlesticks for me to light... is it too... More

Our stay at the Estancia was lovely. It was a short trip from the city and gave my family the opportunity to relax and enjoy the last days of our vacation. The intimate setting made us feel as if we owned the place and we had the freedom to do whatever we wanted. Loved the horse riding adventure with the... More

We stayed for 3 nights at this Estancia. We booked it several months in advance, and decided to end our trip to South American here, to wind down before we headed home. A lot of the reviews that have recently been posted about the Estancia are absolutely accurate, but were written after we booked and paid a deposit. We were... More

This place is a complete flop. The website is completely misleading. It is NOT a traditional Argentine estancia by any means -- more like an unattractive homestead in barren Oklahoma with an odd assortment of animals the owners like to call their pets. The entire homestead is run by a live-in family totalling 10 kids, none of whom have had... More

I would recommend against staying at the estancia, particularly in the winter. The grounds were muddy and unwalkable and littered with animal feces. The food was nothing special, and the owners were hardly there, leaving a family (who were nice enough and tried hard) to run a place full of guests. If you want to ride horses, I would suggest... My husband and I had originally booked for two nights, however after just 20 minutes of arriving we were desperate to leave. After informing the owners "it wasn't really what we were looking for" we checked out the next morning. The website is completely misleading ... we just wish we had read the trip advisor reviews before we booked. This... More

The estancia was our first stop in our trip to Argentina with three little kids (5, 3, and 1). It was a wonderful beginning to our vacation. The owner picked us up, as promised, and brought us to the estancia where lunch was waiting for us. It was excellent bbq along with salad, the freshest tomatoes we've had in a... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The principal characteristic of our estancia, we think, is our privacy and intimacy. We´ve only 3 rooms (SUITES), so this determines that our place is for small groups of people. You´ll be lodged in the principal house of our estancia, so you can enjoy not only your Suite room but the entire house, with its living and dining room. Our home has been preserved as an authentic house in the argentine countryside, where each Suite room has its own fireplace, and where you´ll be able to experience life as in the estancias. The decoration is very warm, every Suite room has a wonderful view of the park that surrounds the house, and invites all our guests to relaxing. We´ve lots of trees, some of them very ancient, like the magnolia of 150 years, just in the middle of the patio. It´s a wonderful place to have breakfast or lunch, right below its shade. There´s also a few small woods, specially near our small river, where you can just relax. As it´s a rural area, you´ll have a deep contact with all kind of natural life. ... more   less
