A great B&B in very close proximity to Moreves Barn, Lavenham and Sudbury - very spacious front room with huge wardrobes and bathroom! Very powerful shower, nice little touches - proper china teacups, biscuits and toiletries! Super breakfast in the morning, and very friendly hosts. The house isn't modern, but it's all very clean, tidy and well cared for!

We were so pleased to find this B&B in a convenient location to the wedding we were attending on the Saturday. We were able to check into the B&B early enough to shower and change prior to the afternoon wedding service and were given a front door key so that we could get in when returning late from the reception,... Our room and bath at this B&B were clean and comfortable. The grounds were fairly extensive with somewhat annoying dogs. There is an indoor pool but you have to go through the owners part to get to it and the owners part is not as spotless as the rest of the house.

We had the pleasure to spend the night here late September. After a slight error on my behalf (I got the phone numbers mixed up and tried to check in to a Farmhouse B&B 102 miles away!!) we arrived in Little Waldingfield!
