Stayed at Shortcliff House for one night on a seven day self drive around Ireland. Every aspect of the property is worthy of it's five star rating and you would be hard pressed to find any negatives. Agree with all the positive comments of previously reviewers.

Host Agnes was very friendly and accommodating even though we arrived later than expected. We'd booked a triple and a double expecting to be traveling with 5 people. When our number was only 4, Agnes offered to reduce our cost because of the lower number of people even though we still used the triple room. That was unexpected and very... More

We spent the 11th and 12th of June here after rejecting accommodation in Killarney or Tralee that was either too expensive or had reviews that said it was too noisy. We could not have been happier. The location was perfect for our driving day trips to the Dingle Penninsular and the Ring of Kerry. The local pub, Larkins, was most... More

Agnes and Noel are caring hosts who provide everything for their guests. The house is immaculate. I use an artificial sweetner in my coffee and Agnes went out and bought a container so I could use it! I can't say enough about their very caring attitude. Very professional and service minded. The location is very central to Milltown, Killogrlin, Killarney,... More

Stayed in the Suite for two night. It was an excellent stay. The suite is very spacious, despite the two double beds in the room, it still has enough room to accomodate a tea table and two comfortable arm chairs. The cake and tea/coffee compliments upon arrival were delicious and welcoming. It is a great place with good value for... More

Having read all the reviews for each place we stayed in, on our trip, before booking anything; we overall were expecting a good standard. And comparing to other B&Bs we stayed in (with a similar price tag) I wouldn't be rushing back here again. The room was big and clean. The location was quiet; so we slept well. The house... More

Stayed for 2 nights. Noel and Agnes were wonderfull, helped us to plan our trip to ring of Kerry and dingle. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The place is super clean and in a great location for the ring of Kerry drive and dingle penssuila. Highly recommended!

We were warmly welcomed by Agnes with coffee and home made cake. Immaculately clean (the cleanest house we have seen in our lives). Beautiful quiet location. Close to Milltown centre and perfectly located as a base for day trips for Ring of Kerry. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh homemade fruit salad, a variety of cereals, cheeses and toast. Also offered... More

We stayed for 3 nights....a perfect base for the Ring of Kerry, Dingle, Killarney and more. On arrival Agnes welcomed us with refreshments enjoyed in the garden. We were offered the best ever, top quality fruit salad and smoked salmon for breakfast in addition to more conventional choices. The house was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. It was wonderful to... More

This is by far the nicest and friendliest bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. The house is beautifully decorated and absolutely immaculate. Agnes and Noel are lovely people who really look after you. It is ideally located for exploring County Kerry. When we return we will be sure to book here again.
