Booked into the Ashburn after refusing to stay in a 'new' B and B in North Street..... Above Cafe North. Avoid that place at all costs!!! The staff in this hotel were helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was a large family room. Loads of space for the two of us. Excellent accommodation. We are in the bar.... More

Great value for money. Upgraded to lovely honeymoon suite on arrival at no extra cost. Staff couldn't do enough for us and breakfast was amazing. Really good band playing in the bar on the Saturday night and we had access to the night club if we had wanted. Overall a really enjoyable and pleasant stay. Would definitely go back.

We have just returned from a short stay in Ireland and we always use The Ashburn. This hotel had been in the same family for at least as long as I can remember, and I started going to the attached nightclub 30yrs ago. We had our wedding reception there 18yrs ago and we think the service is great. Not being... More

Stayed here recently and found it thoroughly comfortable and great value for money. Rooms are a good size with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was superb, proper ulster fry to soak up the excesses of the night before. Yes you can hear people leaving the pubs at chucking out time, this would be the same as any other town... More

We booked the accommodation after confirming they could store our bikes safely. The twin room was spacious as was the bathroom. Unfortunately the room was very hot and although we could open the windows and were on the top floor we didn't get a great night's sleep due the the pub goers coming out at 2am and making a great... This hotel is close to us and over the years we have come to think of it as somewhere to go for a no frills old fashioned Sunday lunch ir tea. The staff are always very friendly, and the food is always served quickly and is usually tasty and plentiful. However on our last two occasions we have ordered the... More

Stayed here for 2 night's on the recommendation of a friend from the area when attending a wedding that took place locally. Found it to be a very good stay, the room was lovely and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The in room wi-fi was very reliable. Cleanliness was spot on as well. Breakfast was included and was... More

I stayed here for two nights while on a business trip for work. I arrived in Craigavon quite late after spending the day in Dublin around midnight and was nervous that there wouldn't be anyone at the front desk. Thankfully the night porter was there and let me in. There is a front entrance, but if you have a car... More

A mix up with my room booking only gave the staff an opportunity to show what customer service is all about. A complimentary pint of Guinness was provided whilst things were sorted out even though I checked in very late in the evening. In the morning the reception staff were on hand with complimentary toiletries and could not have been... More

Great hotel, warm, welcoming with friendly staff. Good wholesome food at reasonable price. The bar has a great atmosphere but for a family gathering reserve a table in the dining room. Upstairs area available for private functions. Staff very helpful.
