The Ibis has always provided me with a good, clean room. The showers are always clean and hot. The rooms are always warm with the basic facilites you need for a short stay. Despite being desperate for a place to stay after a long day of driving, we left this hotel less than a minute after entering our room. As wary travelers we always check the beds before settling in, and were horrified to see a proliferation of bed bugs on the box spring. I can't imagine how cleaning staff could not notice... more

Had booked but after looking at 3 rooms decided not to stay. Unidentified huge stains & splats on wall and ceiling in one room, wonky bed in next room shown and no double glazing at back overlooking dual carriageway. Needs some serious maintenance. more
