We have stayed at this super B & B twice recently and hope to do so again. Thurlestone Lodge is an elegant Georgian House, beautifully furnished but with a welcoming homely feel. Bedrooms are comfortable, very clean and well-equipped with efficient showers, tea/coffee making facilities etc. Breakfasts are excellent. The Lodge is conveniently situated for visiting Bath and surrounding area... More

my wife and i stayed at the Thurlestone Lodge a while ago and while the B+B is pleasant enough we weren't overjoyed to find the rooms had no locks and we found this most strange.while we wouldn't stay there again i'm sure that others might find it ok.

We stayed here for two nights on a half term escape from our home in Manchester looking for peace and quiet - Nigel and Val could not have made us feel more welcome. They looked after us so well and showed just the right amount of interest without being overbearing. The house was beautiful and the surrounding area made me... More

We had an extremely pleasant and comfortable stay at Thurlestone Lodge - regrettably only one night, wish it could have been longer. Nigel and Val are very attentive hosts and everything we could have wished for was provided. Our room and bathroom were warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Although there was a large choice for breakfast, we opted... More

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful Georgian elegant B & B just for one night, while awaiting the birth of our granddaughter, but we would love to go back & stay longer! We had such a friendly welcome. The bed room and ensuite were spotless and so tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. There were proper teamaking... More
