Stayed for 2 nights and could not have asked for better. The room was spotless, the towels and sheets fresh and clean. The modern contemporary design is superb. But most of all the hospitality we received from both Steve and his wife Catherine (owners) was superb. We went with our 14 month old baby, and they were so helpfull regarding... more

Having stayed at this B&B on numerous occassions through business, revisited at the weekend with my children to go Christmas shopping in Bath. Found Steve and Cath to be hospiable & charming as always and enjoyed a very quiet and restful nights sleep, well deservered after a busy day's shopping with a couple of teenagers, whom were more than happily... more

Had a comfortable stay at Mead Lodge which is modern and clean. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Close to amenities in Corsham. Ideal for business people with wifi facilities. But unfortunately it is not in a rural location as it is surrounded by houses and close to the railway, so may not be ideal for couples and families who... more

The place is immaculate. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Showers are powerful. There are toileteries in the bathroom for you just in case you have forgotten your own. There is fresh milk and a wide selection of drinks in your room. For breakfast there is a menu for you to choose from and its all very good and... more

What a great find. Steve and Kath are the most welcoming hosts. The property is immaculate, spacious, modern with a cosy feel to it. Breakfast was wonderful, a nice idea to cook it in front of you (with a little partition between kitchen area and guests tables). You know your food is freshly cooked and not sitting under a warmer... more

Following this lovely review, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our guests for the great reviews that we have received for Mead Lodge since we opened just a year ago. We know that in these busy times it is often difficult to find the time and energy to sit down and spend that valuable time, so...

Fantastic friendly clean B&B with everything that you need at a reasonable rate. The rooms are spacious, Everything down to the type of tea is a cut above other B&B's. The service is personal and adapts to the guests requirements. Steve and Catherine even help me with my Gluten free diet obtaining the correct breakfast cereals. Bottled water in the... more

Sophisticated high class accommodation with a homely and relaxed air. Hosts were excellent, informative, friendly and appeared to enjoy their role. Everyone within our group, aged between 73 and 15, enjoyed their stay. more

I usually choose my accommodation by the reviews on Trip advisor and my stay at Mead Lodge was enjoyable and all facilities clean and new, but I had expected it to be in a more rural location and not surrounded by residential houses. Although it was convenient for the town. more

Our two night stay started when we arrived to a warm welcome from Kath. The room was excellently detailed with lots of nice touches, like fresh milk for your tea and coffee. Breakfast, cooked by Steve was fresh and plentiful and the conversation..interesting. Ask them about the crop circles!. We look forward to our next weekend away and having visited... more
