We stayed one night after a day sightseeing in Bath. Our first impression was confusion as the car park had a sign that said "no parking"? Then there was no reception area, just the bar, but again no clues. The room was lovely (Hummingbird) and quirky although very short on space, so luggage for more than 1 night would have... more

My husband and I booked a one night stay on Sunday 6th September for the final night of our honeymoon. I would like it bringing to the managers attention that this was the worst night’s stay in a hotel ever and it completely ruined the end of honeymoon. We decided to book after looking at the hotel on the internet.... more

Stayed here overnight as travelling by train from London to visit Longleat is too tiring to do in one day. Booked a last minute special offer from the hotel website. Upon arrival at hotel we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff, he showed us to our room, which was the twin room - in the block of... more

If I'd have known what was to come I'd have booked a fortnight at a travelodge for the same price. The room... more

The hotel and trip to Longleat were a surprise for my birthday, it truly is the nearest hotel (if you don't count Center Parcs) to the Longleat estate; it is set beautifully in the small village of Horningsham, as you exit the park and other than cars exiting the site at closing time, it is very peaceful indeed. We not... more

We decided to stay here the night before visiting Longleat and were very excited about it after having seen the reviews and the photos of the place. On pulling up we were very impressed by the place, it looks wonderful and seemed to be sparkling in the sunshine! The accomodation was gorgeous but not 5 star. It was very comfortable.... more

I booked the hotel back in March through Mr and Mrs Smith to get a good deal. Check in was fine and I was allocated the English Eccentric room, as I had booked a Deluxe Room. I made my way up to the loft space of the inn to the room. The ceilings were a bit low but I am... more
