Popped in for lunch today and thought we'd have a sandwich. I had the Chicken bacon and celery. It was really good, came with some homemade chips and a bit of rocket too. Still thinking about it now. Top sarnie. Thanks

My husband and I booked to stay here for our anniversary weekend and we brought our little two year old daughter with us. It was simply fantastic. A beautiful quaint, traditional, friendly establishment with wonderful owners and staff. Everyone there, including the other guests, were simply delightful to be around and were ever so kind. They have facilities for babies/children... More

What a great hotel. Big thanks to Cameron for looking after us. Food was great. The bed in room 5 is to die for. And as a great bath. Thanks to all the staff. Drinks are priced reasonably and the pinot is good.

I stayed for one night on a business trip. I was meeting a friend and we had a fab meal. Everything was cooked and presented well. The service was excellent. The room was clean and spacious - I had an excellent sleep. The breakfast is normally continental but you can have cooked for a big extra but the continental was... More

Booked by a friend for a girlie gathering and what lovely surprise! Apparently parts built 1610, a tip 5 yrs ago lovingly restored. Shared a room with a friend single bed VERY narrow, the only downside to my stay. Continental breakfast plentiful and loads of fruit with various yogurts, 2 types of croissants, toast, cereal, juice, tea/coffee all included in... More

Stayed here with the family and mixed business and pleasure. Really lovely welcome with everyone looked after, personal touches snd nothing too much trouble. Lovely big room with fab jacuzzi bath. Dinner was lovely, albeit rushed thanks to 2 rug rats! Continental breakfast included was more than sufficient, would stay again.

Stayed here for two nights and found it was a really friendly and relaxed place to stay. The room was spotless. The spa bath was a great touch (we had room 3). I've had other hotel stays in rooms twice the price but not as nicely presented as this. The restaurant is also great, I had a fantastic rump of... More

My family stayed at the Weymouth Arms during August 2014 and we had a fabulous time. The accommodation was excellent and dinner was out of this world. We were made very welcome firstly by the lady owner and then by the rest of the staff as we came into contact with them. We will definitely be staying there again.

We stayed at the Weymouth Arms for 2 nights and couldn't fault it in any way. As recommended by other reviewers we stayed in Room 4 which was absolutely huge. It contained one of the widest beds I've ever slept in, and was tastefully decorated with nice extras like a jacuzzi bath.We ate in the restaurant on the first night... More

We spent two nights at the Weymouth Arms during June 2014. For the most part, we were very impressed with the level of accommodation and service that we received, in particular: - Food was excellent; we tested lunch, dinner and breakfast and all were of a high quality. The continental breakfast included in the price provides a lot of choice.... More
