Nice stop over before heading for Londonderry. Hotel is cute and cosy. Family room is spacious.Car parking is on the street side, there is always space. If feeling hungry in the middle of the night, food is always available outside. Restaurant in the hotel last order is at 9pm. Breakfast is excellent and staff is so friendly and happy.

The Anchorage Inn is lovely. The rooms are clean and really nicely decorated, the staff are pleasant and the breakfast is amazing. Some of the rooms have fabulous views of the sea and the promenade. The restaurant is top notch, but there is plenty of options on the promenade also. Parking can be a little difficult in peak times but... More

Have just returned from a 2 night stay and we were very impressed. When booking we were told that there was music every night and that some guests found it noisy and others didn't notice. We decided to take a chance as we liked the convenience of the location to Portstewart. We were definitely well warned! The Inn was very... More

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. It is a noisy, bustling place in the bar which was perfect for the wedding we attended for 3 days. The rooms were lovely though, clean and very comfortable and a perfect haven from the fun going on below.

We called in here this evening after visiting relatives and a long walk along the convent wall and seafront. We were feeling rather chilly as weather was cold but dry. Lovely warm atmosphere and friendly staff greeted us and we were shown to a table immediately as we were there around 5 pm so a bit early before the evening... More

A one night stay in this small Inn showed hospitality at its best. Incredibly reasonably priced. Rooms comfortable and food great. What sets Anchorage Inn apart is the attitude of its staff - all requests delivered with a smile - even recording a rugby international which I was unable to watch live!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Worst staff and management I have ever encountered. If you book here you will be disappointed. Rooms are terrible, food not great, noise all through the night. We usually make a group booking here but have just booked 28 people in a different hotel. A lot of money lost!! Staff very very very unfriendly.

Five persons stayed in the Anchorage Inn at the end of January 2014. This was suppose to be a relaxing break for family members to just unwind, have lunch together, a few drinks, an evening meal and stay over. On arrival the receptionist was rude beyond belief but we decided to let this slip by and headed into the bar... More

Just had a 2 night stay with a group of 26 guy!!, hotel interior was modern/ boutique style, clean, warm and comfortable, without exception all the staff couldn't do enough for you. Would recommend the seafood chowder (as a main meal), I always opt for chowder if it's on a menus, this was simply the best, chef didn't not scrimp... More
