A group of 14 of us have just returned from a two night stay at Dorest House for a Hen party. The property was beautifully furnished and and plenty big enough with a fantasic dining room but I found it bizarre to be practically sharing the house with the owners. The communal hallway runs between the living room and kitchen... More

As they were leaving they said how comfortable the beds were and that they had had a great time. We did not think the group would sit outside with blankets removed from the house wrapped around... The house is beautiful, lots of lovely authentic features and the owners have obviously taken time to ensure you have everything you need - it was also spotless! Lovely large dining room and sitting room with plenty of space for the 13 of us... More

Thirteen of us stayed for a wonderful long weekend; five couples and three singles. Excellent facilities with lots of bathrooms. Its located in the lovely historic town with shops and pubs a very short walk away. Very considerate hosts who having shown us around on arrival left us to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is adequate but not large for the... More

We stayed in the Cottage for a week, We, being 2 couples luckily we are all very good friends,,,, CONS:The "second" bedroom was off the living room, only separated by a curtain. The down stairs bathroom was VERY small, also the hot water pressure kept falling so the water temperature kept going hot and cold !! The Cottage was advertised... More

We stayed here at the weekend for my friend's hen do and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for the 13 of us with the bonus of a large dining room and living room which was a comfortable fit to have everyone together at once. There were loads of bathrooms and plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses... More

This property is also known on some websites as Alcester house. The owners run a B&B onsite and allow guests staying there to have keys to the front door of the house we rented. This means that lots of people walk through the house at any time that pleases them either to visit the owners or to stay at the... More

On arrival we got what was 1 property with 8 bedrooms, no ensuite. On complaint there was no apology. They had booked the cottage which did have 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuites... More
