We arrived for lunch.....made our order and enjoyed a glass of wine whilst waiting on the sea bass and lamb dishes. Both dishes were very disappointing. Large bones in the sea bass( which I have had many times before with no bones attached!!!!) The presentation was not good- the fish was still swimming in a messy pond of yellow and... More

When I arrived to check In there had been a slight hiccup with my booking which was sorted out immediately by the lovely Emma, she acted throughout in a courteous, professional and friendly manner and sorted out the issue with little fuss even with a full hotel. She is a credit to the hotel and I am sure with that... More

We took ourselves to the Seagoe for lunch recently. The receptionist was more concerned at talking to the staff than telling us where we could eat . The Sunday lunch menu was prominent at reception but it wasn't Sunday! ! Once directed to the bar we were given menu's, the restaurant menu was first in the folder-the deli menu had... More

Called last sat at 4.30pm for coffee & scone in their Coffee Dock. Was lovely. Called today at 3.30pm and what a difference change of staff make! I had just said to my Sister with me it depends on the staff in here whether u get good service or not and they proved me right. Asked for coffee & scone... More

We were a small post funeral group. Reception staff had helpfully advised the restaurant would be open until 230 pm and small portions for elderly guests no problem. The reality, the restaurant staff had the room set up for evening dining and clearly did not want us to upset their tables. There was no flexibility about portion size so much... More

I stayed here in May on business. Spacious hotel with ample parking. Rooms were clean and the decor good. The food was nice but was quite expensive. Staff were all good. Overall an enjoyable stay. There's a few good pubs and a great Indian in portadown just a short taxi ride away.

Called in this morning as a stop off for coffee. The 'coffeedock' is well presented and comfortable but the coffee is certainly not up to standard. The member of staff must have had 'Monday morning blues' as her disposition was certainly not welcoming or friendly. The Americanos were terrible - just like strong filtered coffee and the cappuccino only average.... More

On business, very smart hotel, really good staff. Room was huge and fitted to a very high standard. Food good and good value. Excellent hotel. Easy access from the motorway, ample car parking. Very good hotel.
