My Husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 night the begining of December with our son and Daughter-in-law. I am sorry you were not happy but it would have been helpful if you would have let us know before you departed and thus attend to your problems and perhaps help the next guest.
Whilst I couldn't fault the rooms and the facilities within them, the overall experience was less than impressive. The exterior and the entrance is pretty bleak; there is no reception area to speak of. Their website boasts a licensed restaurant but fails to mention that it is only open from Monday to Thursday. They must be doing very well indeed... more
This B&B was clean, tidy and handy. Handy in that it is very central to Portadown town centre and handy because it is opposite a Tesco/McDonalds shopping centre.
