Beautiful house in a stunning location. Very warm welcome from the host. It is nice when you are travelling to be able to use such a well equipped kitchen to cook. We felt at home and it was a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend it.

I have made four trips to Ireland, and each time I have been I have traveled all over both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Three of those trips I have traveled primarily by bicycle, and one by buses and trains. I’ve traveled alone twice and accompanied twice and I have stayed mostly in hostels, sprinkling in a few... -Epic Sandy Beach; have a chat with the local fisherman, or collect the nice pink shells -Large kitchen with Gas stove; perfect for anyone who knows how to cook -Pottery; host makes great artisan pots, and has a studio (though I never got a chance to see it) -Hedgehogs; they live in the area. Try catching one! -Beautiful Rooms; understatement!... More

This is a hostel that I highly recommend to visit!!! It's close to the Giant's causeway, on a beautiful bridge, but next to big rocks, wonderful scenery around and the house itself is very nice too. A nicely renovated old Victorian house, brilliant arrangement of big kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Enough place for a lot of people and... More

I've stayed here a few times with my family, it's fantastic! The location is perfect, right on the beach, there are stunning views over to Inishowen from the sitting room and dining room (and some of the bedrooms). The staff are some of the friendliest people you'll meet, they really make it feel like your home away from home! It's... More

I stayed here last year when travelling around Northern Ireland and it was amazing. The owners couldn't make you feel more welcome, the other guests were friendly, the dorms were clean and spacious with the most amazing view of the Sunrise out of the window when I woke up.

Did around sixty tours in Ireland, many hostels I visited and slept in. This is the best and I recommend it to people who do like the character of a house and location, who enjoy a quiet atmosphere. I have this plan to fill it up with good friends, their wives and children. Thar 'll be my next trip, for... More

The house is situated in the best beach we visited in Irekand! Great views (not from our bedroom), great place, peaceful and relaxing location (the railway that passes in front of the house was even closed for repairs! How lucky is that?), close to the most touristical N.I. spots, what else could you wish for? We had a family ensuite... More

Can't say enough good things about our stay! William was a wonderful host. The location can't be beat! Beautiful turn of the century hostel. I had our window cracked open a little all night and could hear the little brook that ran past the hostel. Beautiful morning walk on the beach to top it all off! William even suggested a... More

Travelling from the Eurozone, the exchange rate wasn't in our favour so this place seemed quite expensive for a hostel, but it's really very good. The bedroom was on a par with many 2 to 3-star hotels with a simple but clean and acceptable bathroom. The common room downstairs was comfortable and the staff member whom we met was friendly...
