I think this is the fourth year we will be staying at Greenhill House for the NW 200. The house is gorgeous and Elizabeth and Rosemary make sure everything is just perfect. One year my husband took gout and could not stand on his foot! Rosemary took my husband to the hospital, (he thought he had broken his foot!) transpired... More

We stayed three nights at this lovely Georgian style home that is also a working farm. The best part of the stay was meeting Mr. and Mrs. Hegarty and of course Rosemary. They were the most charming people ever. Our room was huge with beautiful antique furniture. Mrs. Hegarty provided complimentary bottled water and delicious snacks each day. The room... More

My first 3 nights on the island of Ireland were spent at Mrs Elizabeth Hegarty's warm, welcoming country home, and it became the standard by which I judged other accommodations. She has won many awards over the years, probably because she makes you feel as if you are a welcome family guest. I selected a front double room with a... More

We stayed one night and couldn't have felt more welcome. Elizabeth is a lovely lady and goes put of her way to make sure your needs are met. Great extra touches in the room and breakfast was superb. Traditional furnishings with lots of interesting decor.

I often find it difficult to distinguish between Very Good and Excellent in terms of an overall rating but a couple of things pushed me to Excellent in assessing Greenhill House B&B. First, we were four golfers having booked two twin rooms. The night we stayed at Greenhill there was one unused room. Quite generously Elizabeth split two of us... More

Nothing was too much trouble at Greenhill House. Everything was as described on their website and we were made very welcome for the whole of our stay there. There were lots of thoughtful extra touches too. The location was quiet but there was easy access to the coast, the Giant's Causeway and other attractions. There were eating places a short... More

Arrived at this lovely house in darkness to be greeted warmly by the proprieter who showed us to two large twin bedrooms. Both rooms had bathrooms which included baths and were fairly large in size. The rooms had full tea and coffee facilities and several snack items in case you became peckish. There was also a box containing all the... More
