I have been to a few events in the Bushtown, and never been disappointed. However, my latest visit was little to write home about. The service was poor, with regards to the number of staff and what I believe to be the quality of service. We were at a silver service dinner, where the staff were not paying attention to... More

Stayed in the hotel for attending a Robert Mizzell party night. On arrival plenty of car parking. Reception staff very friendly and very interested in guests. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Immediate impression when you walk through door is wow. Reception area very bright and airy . Rooms very comfortable , clean and well laid out. Had evening meal in... More

The hotel staff were so friendly and the quality of their meals are excellent. We stayed for 3 nights but would really loved to stay longer. The hotel has it's own pool and you could book a massage. It's not the biggest hotel but it's in a really nice location and for exploring the north coast it's excellently placed. We... More

Really enjoyed my stay here. Booked this hotel as i was doing the Giant's Causeway Cycling Sportive and Hotel was only about 30 mins away. The staff were super friendly and were kind enough to arrange an early breakfast for me. The hotel has a small pool which was fine. We ate there as we had an evening meal booked... More

Had carvery lunch here today with my mum and daughter. Have to say the staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived until we were leaving. The variety of food to choose from was brilliant and tasted delicious. The chef who carved our roast was charming and generous. The price of our lunch was reasonable considering we could have... Stayed in hotel with family with two different rooms. Rooms were basic and hotel good value, the only issue I had was the strong smell of odour in the room which I think it might be coming from the mattress or base of the bed, I tried airing the room during the day but did not make a difference. I... More

Had a lovely carvery in this hotel lately. Loads of choice and to my husband's delight there was no limit on the amount of meat you were allowed with your main course. Desserts were beautiful and plenty of choice here too. Very family friendly and the staff were really friendly too. Will be back!!!

we wanted somewhere that served good food and nice to stay. the food was really nice. the pool was small but good for our children. the reception area felt a bit like a nursing home. younger staff were pleasant and well mannered but could have done with a bit of extra training. we had to go looking for them most...
