We stayed here for 1 night mid week. I have to agree that the £100 deposit is very excessive and not something I have come across before. That aside our room was very spacious with a lovely view. The mattresses need replaced but for one night were adequate. The food was excellent and the service very good. The barman brought... More

Me and my girlfriend recently stayed here and really enjoyed it! As we entered staff where very friendly, room was brilliant and very comfortable. Went down for something to eat staff at the bar/restaurant where very friendly also made us very welcome. Food was lovely and enjoyed the atmosphere. Great stay and would be back!

This is our third annual stay at this hotel and everything has been great and we have encouraged some friends to stay also. The staff are so helpful and courteous - Damien, Colin, Sandra, Sarah and Ian to mention a few. The food at breakfast, dinner and Sunday lunch carvery was first class. The whole hotel including our large bedroom... More

My husband and I stayed here approx 3 weeks ago on a living social deal. We stayed midweek so hotel was fairly quiet. I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff from check in to departure. Our room was large and comfy with a kingsize bed. We ate there on both evenings and food was excellent. Yes I... More

We stayed in the bridal suite after our wedding. Room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We ordered breakfast the following morning which was delivered hot and on time. Food was lovely. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.
