I have been in Cranfield bay for four years in a 10 foot caravan. Went to upgrade this year (march 2015) to a 12foot. After looking at a couple with the site manager they offered next to nothing for my own caravan and our site manager told me i had a lovely caravan why would i want to change. I... More

We did not stay there but just visited for the day. What a beautiful location. Brand new caravans to buy or rent. Beach front overlooking Carlingford Lough with the Mountains of Mourne as a backdrop. Site looks brilliant and other places around the site to visit.

We stayed here, for the first tim over the Aug bank holiday weekend. We were lucky that the weather was lovely and we had booked our caravan into one of the spots overlooking the beach which was glorious! The girl at the reception who booked us in was really lovely. We bought 3 day's wifi at a cost of £12,00,... More

Just back from a great weekend at Cranfield. Really well kept site and amazing location on the beach. Very friendly staff who were very accommodating. At 8.30 on Friday night our T.V would not pick up a signal so my wife went to the reception to check if they could help. The receptionist said she would send someone round to... More

Arrived for a weekend and have to say left very disappointed and annoyed. First up the reception was great. Staff very friendly. Then we noticed that the toilet block gets locked at 10pm and you use the night toilet, (Rough and dirty). The pitch was big enough but there was a 4/4 parked in what was our area for a... More

My Dad has a mobile home here and the whole family get to enjoy stays during the summer. The playground is well equipped and always clean. There's a fish and chip shop jist around the corner. The beach and Kilkeel harbour are a short distance away. We love spending summer days here and borrowing Dad's kayak for a few hours... More

Having grown up holidaying in Cranfield we waited patiently for a static site and in 2005 our perfect pitch became available with amazing sea views. This family run business, led by Jim and Sandra, has their customers their number one priority. Cranfield makes the simple things important. Most of the time the "interweb" doesn't work and the family have to... More
