Arrived for a weekend and have to say left very disappointed and annoyed. First up the reception was great. Staff very friendly. Then we noticed that the toilet block gets locked at 10pm and you use the night toilet, (Rough and dirty). The pitch was big enough but there was a 4/4 parked in what was our area for a... More

My Dad has a mobile home here and the whole family get to enjoy stays during the summer. The playground is well equipped and always clean. There's a fish and chip shop jist around the corner. The beach and Kilkeel harbour are a short distance away. We love spending summer days here and borrowing Dad's kayak for a few hours... More

Having grown up holidaying in Cranfield we waited patiently for a static site and in 2005 our perfect pitch became available with amazing sea views. This family run business, led by Jim and Sandra, has their customers their number one priority. Cranfield makes the simple things important. Most of the time the "interweb" doesn't work and the family have to... More

Fancy a night away. Go to Premier Inn with your family. It is now cheaper than a caravan at Cranfield per night. It also has a quiet or money back policy not like Cranfield. It also has a free shower ensuite not like Cranfield which in 2012 it was £1 each for a not overally warm shower. You don't have... More

I love cranfield I used to visit as a child and as a touring caravanner I took my caravan this season for the first. Facitilities are fantastic and clean all the time, outside shower for wetsuits and a stones throw from the beach. My only complaint is that you can't book and I have no understanding of why the site... More
