This is a wonderful quirky b&b. We stayed here for two nights at the weekend and would definitely visit again. The owner is very attentive. The Ulster fry is amazing. Great dining area. Lovely reading room and we had small double at back of b&b. It had all the mod cons and very comfortable bed. Double shower and bathroom fine.... More

I stayed here for two nights just before the North West 200 2014. It was my first weekend stay in Portrush. This home was a delight to visit and stay in. My husband and I had a lovely weekend here. We were so very well looked after. We were late on one morning for breakfast and intended to go out... More

We felt like a short inexpensive break at the Port so our B&B search came up with Averest House. From the photos and reviews it ticked the boxes. Good points are; Economical, fantastic view from the front room window, Clean, quite, friendly staff, and the Breakfast will keep you going most of the day, the lift was welcome as the... More

Stayed at Avarest for 1 night as we visited several sites in Northern Ireland. The home is a beautiful Victorian, situated on one of higher streets in town, giving it an amazing vantage point for ocean views. Our room was at one of the building peaks, and we had a small sitting area by a window with spectacular ocean views.... More
