Very nice room with amazing views over the beach. Also impressed with the warm welcome and friendly staff, who even chased me along the street after I forgot my phone charger. Parking was pretty easy around the back and located close to the beach.

I usually book a hotel, however stayed in Albany on this trip and as a solo traveller I found it much more comfortable and friendly to stay in a B&B. The room was lovely, i do like tea/coffee in a room, plus bottles of water and chocolates. There is no lift, however Gwynne helped me in with my luggage, so... More

Spent Valentines here and its is a beautiful Guest House. Stayed on the top floor to enjoy the amazing views of the East strand and with the Guest house being run by the same people that run a number of restaurants across the road there is always somewhere to eat. Staff were very understanding and helpful every minute of the... More

We normally never stay in B&Bs but this is something different. The bedroom and bathroom were lovely and warm and there is a fridge with water and also a safe (something you don't always get in 4/5 star hotels) Our bedroom was facing the sea on the 2nd floor and we could have sat there all afternoon, with our coffee... Our stay was absolutely brilliant. From the time we entered house on a really wet and windy day we were greeted by a lovely pleasant lady and shown to a huge room overlooking the sea. Just glorious. Bed was so comfortable and room was so cosy and well laid out. Lovely well cooked breakfast that would fill you up until... More

Great location, within easy reach of the coast for a nice walk along the beach. A Good standard of rooms, although the mattress could be better. Room well stocked, good quality shower. Excellent breakfast, attentive staff. Overall well priced.

I have had 2 overnight stays and have been made very welcome by kate and gwynne. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Nice touches like a mini fridge in the room and an iron. Also daily papers available. Great location and definitely good value for money.
