Was greeted by the host Phil, who could not have been more welcoming, he gave us a tour of facilities avaible, and gave greats tips on things to see and do whilst in the area. The kitchen facilities were first class, and all the guests were very civil when using facilities available. Cereals, milk, jam and bread, tea and coffe... More

Just back having stayed in this holiday hostel for two nights in the Beach Cabin. It was warm and welcoming and the owners so very lovely and helpful in every way. Close to all amenities - beach, Barry's, restaurants and town. The Beach Cabin was great with a bouble bed and bunk - tastefully decorated with your own terrace and... More

It's in a great area! Not far from there beach, wine bar and Barry's amusements. Free breakfast and wifi too. Home away from home. Stayed in a dorm room with it's private shower-room. Would stay again.

Stayed only 2 nights ago and just had to review this hostel. I honestly have to say that this hostel deserves 5* rating. It feels like a home and you are made feel as if you were at home. Clean, safe, all the facilities you need and a lovely personal touch from the great couple running the hostel. Everything that... More

Our youth group of 11 older teens and 4 adult mentors spent 3 nights at this hostel. This stay was part of 9 nights in three different hostels across Ireland. The Portrush Holiday hostel was by far the best suited for our group. The hostel rooms were all ensuite. Our ten bedded room had 2 showers and three toilets, which... More

Host and hostess are very friendly and helpful. Small family room was clean and spacious enough, bathroom tiny but effective and also very clean. This room is an emergency exit, which didn't bother us at all.if you have bigger kids or want more room, opt for the big family room. Kitchen was tidy and selection for breakfast very good. Our first... More

The rooms and bathrooms were super clean. The bed were big and comfortable. If you get rained on they will put your things on the radiator and... More

We were doing a whistle stop tour of the north coast and my girlfriend found this place on the internet. The couple who run the business couldn't be friendlier, giving us a map of the area, advising us as to opening times for local attractions and suggesting places/ walks to go/do on our evening there. The room was clean and... More
