Never would stay in this hotel again! Paid too much for a room that was outdated and smelly. Had a top floor. No lift. Near killed myself walking up them with kids and suitcase with no offer of help! Check in is from 2pm they say. Not from my experience. Finally got my room key at 5pm. Be warned!

Enjoyable stay in this comfortable little hotel on Friday night past. We had room 1, a large comfortable room with a great big double bed and a single too! The room is a little dated but extremely clean with; lovely fluffy towels, good sized bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, loads of biscuits and tea and coffee facilities. No... More

Pros: everyone was very friendly. There's dining right in the hotel. You're situated right in the middle of town. Cons: there's no elevator so you have to lug your luggage up (although we were offered help). The rooms are a bit outdated. There was a neon sign outside of our room which made the drape situation annoying. Wifi was iffy... More

Visited the Port Hotel with my partner and Mum & Dad for a relaxing evening meal. Great choice of food for a family dinner which proved to be plentiful and well cooked. Two of us had steaks which were properly cooked to order and tender. Two had roast beef which also proved to be cooked to perfection. The Port Hotel... More

We stayed for 3 nights over May Day weekend; got helpful advice over car parking & would recommend it for all..but please note there is no lift...its a great location for the causeway coast with great beaches in each direction.

We stayed here for one night. It was a last-minute decision that we regret. Cons Rickety floors, painfully outdated rooms that reminded me of a double-wide in a trailer park, my towel smelled like a wet dog, and no elevator meant that we had to haul heavy bags up dirty carpeted stairs. Massive floodlights outside our windows bathed our room... More

This hotel is a great find in Portrush. The hotel has the narrow coridors and staircases of years gone by, but if you don't like that, there is a Ramada next door for nearly twice the price. This hotel is clean, has good facilities and the staff go out of their way to help. The breakfast is also good, to... More

Was here for lunch for the first time yesterday with my mum, absolutely delicious food and the lady who served us could not have been more friendly, I think her name was Jackie? Will definitely be returning here next time we are in Portrush.
