We stayed in lovely Cushendall some days ago..and ate in the town 3 nights..we had a fantastic meal and welcome in Harrys on the first night but decided to visit The Glens Hotel on the second night.... What a mistake... The meal was very ordinary but the visit was totally spoilt by the ignorant attitude of the only lady employed... More

What exactly are some people looking for?? This hotel is ideally located for all tourist attractions on the Antrim Coast. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is Amazing. On arrival we were greeted with such friendliness we knew immediately that we would enjoy our stay. I have been to 5 star hotels and... This place was bad from the get-go. The receptionist was very abrupt, as it was clear we were the only thing keeping her from going home. The other employee also wouldn't let my wife carry her own bag to our room. Of the three radiators in the room, only one worked, and it turned off at some point during the... More

Great hotel: clean, friendly staff and great food. On a lovely town on the coastal road, nice shore within walking distance of the hotel which is shingle. We were blessed with fantastic weather, so the beer garden was very useful.

Dreadful place to stay. poor food bad customer service. dirty rooms. There are no hair dryers or phones in the rooms. the restaurant was closed and the nose levels were awful, boy racer outside. there really is nothing good to say.

Had a truly terrible experience at this run down poor excuse for a hotel. Felt like I was in a time wrap upon entering and don't think the place had seen a lick of paint in decades. Staff rude and give out poor directions and travel information causing me to miss my bus home. The food was pathetic and absolutely... More

This hotel was both dated and tasteless in design and customer service was a foreign concept to its very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The food was disgusting, no heating, beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed. We even missed the bus back to Belfast thanks to the receptionist if you could even call her that poor directions and... More
