Just ok for an overnight stay. Shower in room was pathetic. Either freezing cold or scalding hot. Fire alarm went off at 3am. Room cleanliness wasn't great. At £65 for the night you can get much better B&B instead of this place. Requested a poached egg for breakfast however staff were too busy apparently ...

We stopped in the hotel on a day trip to the glens. We understand that it was busy due to the annual festival taking place. We expected the service to be slow and had prepared ourselves for this however we were not expecting the rude manner in which the MANAGER treated us with. We were pointed to a function room... More

We arrived without a booking during the Festival , staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. They were our saving grace. Without them we would have been sleeping in the car. Breakfast was amazing, again the staff were so helpful and cheery. Nice to see staff with a sense of humour too.

The staff and management could not have done enough for us. The manager Jackie was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure the day went perfectly. The food and service were excellent. The owner martin was available all at all times just to ensure everything went as it should. As special shout out to philomena on reception, Aidan... More

We arrived without a booking and were kept waiting for 20 minutes before staff told us a room was available. The decor was tired and old fashioned although the atrium was attractive. We were only offered the daily menu for dinner and food choices were limited. The food was slow and tasteless. The fried breakfast was not up to the... More

My friends and I had lunch at The Glens Hotel yesterday. We were able to sit in the lovely, sunshine filled, conservatory. The staff were all very courteous and helpful and we were looked after very well. The menu had an excellent choice of dishes, including lovely starters and sweets. The food was really very good, with vegetables and potatoes... More

Hubby and I just back from a lovely weekend in Cushendall. We took advantage of a Treat Ticket voucher and weren't sure what to expect. We found very welcoming and friendly staff, a room that was quite small but warm and comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel on one of the nights and again we had no complaints. The... More

Arrived for lunch Greeted at bar and asked to sit for lunch For a hotel in a very idilic spot I felt that it could do more. The decor inside was dark wood which makes the hotel feel dark and dismal. Given the menus and again for a hotel found them to be very basic and not a big lot... More

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Ballycastle. The service was overall good, food nice but the Nachos was not as advertised as a Fajita was actually served. Nice location and you can sit ont he balcony outside in good weather. Fish and chips nice as was the creamy tomato soup and wheaten bread.

My husband and I had booked a wee "making memories" stay , the hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are more than friendly :-). The meal we had in the Tower Restaurant was definately worth the money, sooo tasty :-)
