Rooms weren't great and the bed was very uncomfortable also there were stain on sheets , some of the t.v channels didn't work and the WiFi was dreadful. It was very noisy in our room so much so we... I checked into this hotel for one night 27th April 2015 room 223 I booked through booking.com and got a room for £37.00 plus £5.00 extra for a full breakfast and confirm I have no complaints. The reception staff were very nice when I checked in early. I had dinner in the restaurant which was again very good value. The... More

Well what can I say about the chimney corner hotel? I was there for two weeks on a business trip and by the end I was dying to come home. The local area looked very rough with all the local rifraf heading to night club adjacent to the hotel, its no wonder someone got stabbed in the lobby the week... More

Dirty rooms and dirty hotel, like something from past decades I will not be returning .If they did food which I don't know id say you would be taking your own risk to life. Its on a main road. The health and safety should pay a visit as someone should do something.

Arrived at this hotel late at night. Found the hotel to be outdated. Room was a long trek. There was nothing around the area for me to get food and no out of hours food available. No food offerings available at hotel. Woke up early for breakfast and went to breakfast room. Service was very unfriendly. Lady made me feel... More

Someone literally was stabbed in the main lobby during our stay. Which, the only positive thing I have to say, is was only one night. The water is unclean and the whole place is putrid, including the stained bedding. If that's your kind of hub, this is the right place for you.

We had taken the Ferry from Troon with no idea of where we're going or where we would stay once we got to North Ireland. I read some reviews for B&B and other hotels and this one kept popping up. Probably due to the cost. The U.K and Europe are expensive. By the time our bank would process and convert... More

Dirty room, peeling tub, smoke smell, cheap mattresses, improper ventilation, flickering lights. What more do you need to know to stay away from this hotel? This hotel was booked through a tour group and had it not been to late in the evening I would have gone back to belfast.

Stayed here for one night on a lads weekend away at Stock Car Racing. Was just what we wanted. Good value, excellent pub, and an even better nightclub at the other end. Good food, friendly staff and awesome location.
