Stayed here in January, 2015 for one night as we attended The Robert Burns Supper here the night before. Our third time to return to stay here. Excellent value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room warm, comfortable with tea making facilities which are very important to us. Breakfast very good and dinner was delicious. Hotel may not be... More

First time I've stayed here and definately not the last. The staff are friendly. Its quiet and homely. With a Great big log fire in the bar/restaurant to create that warm friendly atmosphere.very easy to commute to as its directly off the motorway.

Stayed on in the hotel on New Year's Eve as it was close to a party we were attending. The outside off the hotel looks completely run down however I was surprised at the reception area which is actually nice, however this is sadly the only thing nice about the hotel. Walking to our room we could get a really... More

Stayed for one night.which was a Saturday was wokeb at 1am by a couple screaming and arguing outside. I believe they were using the bar located next to the hotel. From then on could hear car doors slamming and again was woken at 3am with men shouting and swearing. Constant noise throughout the night from other guests slamming doors. Really... More

Very friendly staff, great Delmonico steak as well as a good varied menu with good sized portions. nice cosy bar and a great night club, all in all great for a night out! Also in a good location near the motorway and close to belfast.

Stopped for a meal in Chimney Corner pub on Tuesday evening 16th September and what a horrific night I spent, almost passed out and the rest I'll leave to your imagination rather than distress you with the graphic details which I won't describe. I phoned the manager the next day who was not interested but said he would take my... More

We arrived today and booked into a double room. First impressions were very out dated decor and furnishings and extremely basic but given the price I wasn't really expecting anything more. I did, however, think it could have been cleaner. Unpacked and left for a days shopping and dinner. After returned from dinner the problem started. I lay down on... More

It was cheap, my husband stayed here over twenty years ago and it hadn't changed at all. Staff were lovely, food was good, unfortunately the rooms were basic, outdated and worn looking,no cover on duvet which didn't look great, tiny TV, bathroom floor sticky and radiator rusty and not very good showers. Noise if near front because of nightclub and road. Such a... More

We arrived several hours earlier than check in due to an early flight and were over the moon when the receptionist checked us into our room early. The rooms were very average but throughout our stay staff went the extra mile in giving directions, arranging taxis etc. would definitely stay again, great value for money.

I stayed with my wife for a duration of 5 nights, and were quite happy but there were a few disturbing issues. 1st issue was that the shower had very low pressure, even after advising the front desk of the issues on countless occasions, this was ignored. Second issue was, you were not allowed to order take out! You were... More
