Booked 3 nights directly with Denise through email 10 month before our travel. Paid deposit through paypal. Call on the day of to tell her we might arrive late. She had no idea we had booked and had to check her email. Since other people have already checked in. We are left with no options. We were travelling with a... More

Unfortunately yes I had double booked you and was terribly upset by that, I tried every local bed and breakfast in the area but all were occupied, as it was late in the day I was concerned that you would have to go out of the area so booked you into a local hotel. A genuine mistake and I can... More

What can i say, this B&B is beautiful and very welcoming. You feel you have plenty of space and flexibility with its excellent set up which was perfect for our small family. I wish I could say I got the same warm welcome that all the previous reviews had, but I did not. We arrived early (no earlier than 3 and check in is at 4) and we were greeted with an attitude. But we brushed that off. We ordered the afternoon tea which was literally a ham sandwich, a scone with... More

I am a shocked at your review as when you arrived over an hour early for your check in and afternoon tea; I welcomed you into the smithy; also I recognized your mother Marie from a slimming group that I used to hold as one of my slimmers; I got the feeling she wasn't very happy to chat to me... My boyfriend and I stayed here and were warmly welcomed by Denise and les. There was plenty of leaflets and information on the surrounding area for us. The bedroom was very homely...complete with robes and a hot water bottle. We ate in the bay view hotel and had a few drinks, there was also live music and I would recommend... More

Very welcoming. We arrived early and were able to drop our bags off early so we could go to the giants causeway. Very close to this which is a must see. Denise was lovely and accommodating to our needs, even given us a lift to catch the bus! Will definitely visit again if we come to bushmills.
