I absolutely adored Finn McCool's Hostel which sits just outside Bushmills and is literally at the front door of the Giants Causeway. A tad quirky but super cool, the sun-room was my favorite place to hang out. If you don't have a car make sure you bring supplies as it is outside of town, but it is only a 2... More

Spent three nights at Finns on the causeway. It is about a 2 minute walk from the entrance to the causeway in one direction. Hike all day along the coast all the way to the rope bridge. Other direction hike to dunluce castle or Bushmills. About 15 minute stroll to the beach. What a gorgeous spot. It is about 2... More

My sister and I stayed at this hostel because of the close proximity to the Giant's Causeway. It's about a 300 meter walk up the hill to the Causeway but I believe this hostel is the closest. Most of the people staying there were backpackers travelling by bus. We had a car and there was enough room for about 3... More

Stayed for a night in May with 3 friends. Perfect location if you plan on going to the Causeway. It really did not feel like a hostel. It was very comfortable, and almost felt like home. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so kind! The hostel husky was also adorable =). The rooms were comfortable and clean and the... More

I would definitely stay here again - I would return for the lovely relaxed atmosphere, the bright and airy sunroom and the beautiful hot breakfast on offer! Room 6's door needs oiling (super squeaky) and the porridge could do with some honey, maple syrup or other to go with it. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

Unbeatable location. Perfect spot for exploring the Antrim coast. The hostel itself was very comfortable. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and communal areas were always clean. There is a nice conservatory just off the tv room which has beautiful views of the area, and is a lovely spot to hang out. The only suggestion I have is to improve the breakfast.... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in September 13 & it was one of the best hostels I've stayed in. It was extremely sociable where people all congregated at breakfast & dinner - Lots of rooms to chill out in (Kitchen, 2 x lounges, conservatory) so if you did want some time to yourself - You'd certainly find it! The... More

We booked a 6 bed shared dorm but they weren't full so they upgraded us to our own room. They fed us BBQ dinner (for free!!!) and offered us free drinks. It was a great family style atmosphere. The little nook was perfect for drinking tea while watching the storm off the coastline. Breakfast was hot - sausage, eggs, beans,... More

My friends and I stayed for one night here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had the four bed room but found we spent more time in the communal kitchen and living room chatting and drinking with fellow guests and the host and his staff. Because it is a small place, everyone just congregates in the communal areas and socialises. We... More

Got in abut 5 the first night and was offered a free dinner of pork belly and veg. The hosts William, Irene and their employee Alex were all very helpful and friendly providing entertainment of a games for the nighttime. They all made it feel more like a home than a hosyel. They also provided great insights to the local... More
